I bought it a couple of months ago and actually, the battery is not working anymore. I contacted customer support but they have not responded for a week! I should not have paid over 40 quid for it... You should know there is no way to have your blender fixed.

Leaving it to charge for an hour will do, and I guess you'll find out if it needs charging when u push the button and it's not working
I just got mine for 1 day ago and it’s supposed to work for 30 seconds. But in the second day it’s not working like that but for 5second so i need to to it many times every time. Do you know why?

When he opens it from the box and hits the power button it’s already charged right out of the box, I just received mine and the power button doesn’t light up. It’s been charging now for two hours and still isn’t charged. How long does it take to charge and how long does the charge work for?

Y'all please don't buy this hot garbage. I went to a random store that sells them for 15$ and I got excited, in the end I got a copied one that stopped working after two minutes of use. I got really upset, so after long search to find the original product, I've finally found it and bought it for 45$ and unfortunately, it doesn't work either! after 3 days of use, the charger stopped working. It's waste of your money, your time and your mental health. I was dumb enough to trust a tiktok product.
