    @@lavatr8322 I think I was referring to being able to click out straight lines (zbrush has this weird "backtrack" feature for straight lines) and the the ability to set consistent depth for the stroke?

    If your alphas are repeating go intro texture properties under mapping extension set to clip instead of repeat.

    I think the quadsphere is just the same as a 3x subdivided cube so you could probably save a little time starting the tutorial with "select cube and push ctrl+3"

    a subdivided cube isnt a sphere, you would need to add and apply a cast modifier to it with set to "sphere"

    It works up to a point - once you've "confirmed" the creation of the primitive, you can no longer access that menu.

    @@BlenderSecrets brush optimization I want you to watch zbrush artist using damstandard and clay buildup both behave way different then their blender counter part and are better for detail both have more power and in way make their blender counter parts look plane and soft since blender doesn't has xtractor brush for you to project your own detail I want you to make video/shorts on how to make your own alphas and how they work

    @@90bubbel60 I mean, if you make geometry changes with sculpting, it's really displaced the geometry. As opposed to say, using a Bump or Normal map to "fake" displacement. That would not work with 3D printing (although, you can still convert it to real displacement this way: kzread.info/dash/bejne/c4OY0qmgoazbkps.html)

    I have to have INSANE high subdiv levels in Multires to have a somewhat decent quality of these alphas on my mesh :/ Too high to be of some use sadly

    Cool, but alpha brush technique for Zbrush, because for good quality need 100+ millions polygons per model, and blender in this case pretty bad

    I don't think I've used 100+ million polys before in ZBrush 😅 Certainly not necessary, if you split it up in multiple subtools. Maybe you mean if you count all the individual subtools up? You can do that in Blender as well, just use separate objects each with Multires modifier. Turn on the modifier only on the object you're working on.
