I can't remove the blade unit from the base. As hard as I try using the red handle, I can't pull it away. It's stuck in place as if it were glued! It just won't budge! It's very frustrating....because I CAN'T USE IT!!!!! I need to clean it first, and it doesn't come apart for me to clean! Very frustrating.

this one is (in belgium) 190€

I got one yesterday, but it was weird to me that nothing inside was bagged except the large mixing container. I suspected I got an open box item, but seeing your unboxing made me feel much better about my purchase. Thanks!

@@tubaayar7360 Hi! I'm just making fruit smoothies with ice and I'm loving it so far. It's easy to clean and everything except the motor housing is machine washable. It seems well made and the plastics look like they're reinforced with fibers, so I suspect it will be durable.
