Help : 4:41 right click on the layer > select "create clipping mask". 9:26 shift+ctrl+alt+E ('Merge Visible' command. This command will merge all of the visible layers in your Photoshop document into one layer.)

you can find free stock images on sites like pexels and pixabay. You need to search to find what you're looking for and they are not as good as places where you have to buy images, but these two are good enough to get you started.
