good morning mam ma'am we are visually challenged couple going through very confusing stage it would be great if you can help us. mam this was the first month we tried for the baby and my due date for periods was 11th of March as my cycle is of 32 days. on 11th March I felt that I am getting little cramps and periods is started because there was some fluid discharge for which I am not sure whether it was white discharge or bleeding. I use menstrual Cup so that I inserted it after more than 12 hours when I remove it there was not much liquid inside. I thought since it was the first day I ignored it and reinserted it. after 6 hours that is yesterday afternoon 12th of March I again removed the cup and saw there was very less liquid. since I cannot see I was unsure whether there is blood or not so to figure out the situation I decided not to use menstrual cup and remain as it is without even using pad to see if their can any spotting on my underwear. but there was no spotting even after 12 hours. my question is is there any way medically to figure out whether did I bleed or not? should I go for pregnancy test? according to the cramps and my opinion my period started on 11th of March late evening but now I am really not sure whether I bleed or not. Ma'am I also have one more question that in general my periods are very very regular of 32 days cycle but since last to 3 years my bleeding quantity has reduced. my age is 29 running is it need to be concerned?.
