+T Sad I would tend to think that the point of a relationship is twofold and involves mutual trust. If you find the right person you can tell them anything, and in turn, they can tell you anything. Everything is reciprocated in some fashion. It's nicely symmetrical, in my opinion. Humans are social creatures. They require social interaction. That's why we can even feel loneliness. Friendships are one remedy to that loneliness, and I suppose at a simple level relationships are another such remedy. And a relationship can also make you appreciate your worth as a human being that our society has no doubt beaten out of you. At least, that's my view of things.
