You know, I keep reading lately how metal is dead or dying. Keep in mind this is the same crap I've been hearing since the late 80s and it's still here. I fell in love with these seeing them first at bloodstock in 2021 for my birthday i got to mosh thank you guys.

Welcome to the family brother. Metalcore gets a bad rap in society, all people hear is the loud instruments, people screaming and they assume it's nothing but tough guy wanna be's being loud for no reason, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Metalcore is one of the most emotionally deep genres out there, it's anger and pain and trauma expressed through a healthy manner. Once people start to read the lyrics of some of these songs it becomes apparent these artists are very intelligent men and women who have important messages to share with the world. I'm glad you found your way to the scene, if you want me to suggest some good bands to check out say the word, i'm happy to do so.
