reminds me of the best tanking/support tip I learned from warframe. the best way to tank/support the team is to reduce the number of motherfuckers trying to kill you/your team.

The foreshadowing was off the charts making the old captains afraid hiding it as comic relief little did we know she was a beast

Tbh finding out Unohana had a way darker backstory explains her interactions with Kenpachi in the old series

Dude that was such a twist for me. I mean I watched the OG anime years ago and due to fillers I was skipping a lot, but did they ever mention Unohana's background? I was lowkey shocked that the healer lady turned out to be a Kenpachi. She badass af.

well there was always some sign that was hide as comedy relief, like all the oldest captains are scared of her or one time when she came to Hueco mundo an arrancar legit refused to fight her but at the time we all thought it was for comedic purpose but now... who knows if it was kubo's way of telling us something was up with her

I like how philosophical bleach in nature it is, not that philosophical that makes you think bout the world and stuff, NO ! Obviously i wouldn't go so far to say Bleach is a novelty in that sense. But So many Battle shounens can't tell their story thru fighting wich is ridiculous but Bleach goes 100% into the theme and the philosophy within the world of bleach, and there are whole ass philosophies surrounding the nature of battle. The first time that sticked out to me was right before Ichigo vs Kenpachi, the Renji - Ichigo fight, where it's revealed to us how Renji, Byakuya and Rukia is connected and their motives and what Renji is fighting for, what he should've fought for but was incapable of before meeting Ichigo. He loses to Ichigo and he has this Inner monologue, "I shall put that unreachable fang in flames so that I need not look at that star, so that this throat will not be torn apart." Whilst the *Torn Apart Titled song is playing in the anime. Hes a Stray dog unmatched for the Heavens, Heavens being Byakuya - then comes Ichigo with the ability to pierce the heavens, the heavens that hold the stars. It's a far topic from Kenpachi and Unohana 😂but the same kind of battle imbued philosophy is very much present and i love it.

In pure sword fight yea she might overtake him. However in terms of bankai then its unfair imo. But I believe that yama will be threaten enough by her to the point that he will use bankai against her

Ring and The Grudge comebined can't match with Unohana. She is scary beyond any horror figures out there. I bet even more scarier than Zaraki will ever become. We lucky she always stays in her happy good and comfort smile herself and kind hearted.
