"This shit is like... Early 2000s vibes." The original version of Persona 3 actually came out in 2006 and the story itself takes place in 2009, so good call there! This song was introduced in the remake so I think they succeeded in emulating that vibe. Edit: if you want to listen to more hype tracks from the game instead of this chill one I would recommend 'Full Moon Full Life,' 'Mass Destruction (Reload),' and 'It's Going Down Now,' in that order.
