I specifically remember when Yammy and Ulquiorra first came to Karakura that Hollow Ichigo said "Switch with me. I'll kill those bastards." Same thing during the fight with Byakuya. Really the only time Hollow Ichigo tries to kill Ichigo is when they're in that Inner World, and even then only about half the time or half-assedly. He also said that his purpose is to protect Ichigo - he his the manifestation of his instinct, not evil though, after all.

Ulquiorra got destroyed after the hollow came out, but I have to hand it to him, he is the only villain in the anime that has actually wanted to kill ichigo and succeeded.

Omeganavie Weisenburger He used it because Ichigo was tired of fighting Aizen, and just wanted an end to the fighting/war. That and because it was the perfect moment for Kubo to be like... "lets give Ichigo an epic ass giant death wave, and show it off at the greatest moment possible in the fight."

When Ichigo transformed into a vasto lorde, Ulquiorra stood no chance.

The sad part is that Kubo wanted the fight to be more even with Vasto lorde but didnt have the time due to editor so he had to make do with a stomp

ulqiorra been eating them chicken littles, but when ichigo ate them jurassic parks, it was like woahzillaville. great vid brosky

They both are, I wish people used more obscure fights more often, like the ones between the captains and the espada. I know there are amvs of them but not nearly as many as both these fights.

truley awsome video. ichigo gets his ass kicked face palmed then a hole in his chest. then he turns into the bad ass fucking hallow and cuts that mother fuck like a piece of cheese. then hes done and he says " i cut of your arm and your leg? cut off mine. " orihime is like " WTF " and ulquiorra fades away into dust. epic video! XD like if you agree this video kicks ass.

final getsuga tensho is the ultimate control of both his hollow and shinigami powers as seen in his battle with the fusion of tensa zangetsu and his inner hollow... Final getsuga tensho is of a way higher level then full hollow anyway.

no because it imposes a sense of regret whenever he loses control and hurts his comrades and or nearly destroys the whole world... and it also shows what can happen when one loses control... absolute control over the full hollowfication would ruin the point of the hollowfication in the first place

Before this fight he got hit with those powerful shells that took out one of those red callems sorry don't know how to spell that

Even though yammy changed form it wasn't a 2nd resurrection. It was just an enlarged form that he can change into after he has already released. Ulqiorra however had two resurrections. You're right about needing way more explanations.

Well i agree with you, in actually all fights he gets his ass kicked and then he gets angry and wins the battle.

I think it would be awesome if he gained more control over his hollow which he sorta is now (there not really enemies anymore) and when he hollowfies it would be cool if instead of his normal mask shiro's mask (that's what i call it because what's in this video is NOT a full hollow transformation)( because it looks like shiro's mask) would form. ( If you do not know who or what Shiro is DO NOT look it up if you don't want spoilers.)

the mask is complete control. full hollowfication like the form you are talking about is the hollow completly overriding ichigo. that form is basicly a wild adjuctas or vasto lorde hollow

I feel like the creator did a disservice by never fully explaining Ulqiorra. Doesn't anybody else think it's weird that this Espada at two Resurrections.

Well Yammy or whatever his name is espada 10, also had two resurrections. Kubo didn't explain 10, 9, 8, & 7th espada not including Ulqiorra, I mean they kinda explained 9 but not enough in my opinion.

Control over his powers ? in this battle ? Naah ! ...this looks good good that ichigo doesnt have control over his powers , it makes him look even more badass ! "control over his power" thing wouldve ruined the whole battle ! lol schiffer gets his ass whooped by a kickass crazy monster .....Haa perfect !

Ichigo doesn't need to learn to control it because its only 1/3 of his overall power. He will be much stronger if he can incorporate it with his soul reaper and Quincy powers.

And btw the hollow actually represent his soul reaper and hollow the man in black his quincy it's been proven already so technically if he can't control his hollow he lose 2/3 of his power and that don't forget the hollow gets his body

the thing is, this wasn't a very great fight...i mean the song with the amv was great! awesome job man, but the fight in particular, sucked kinda. i mean there was a lot of "fighting" but it was mostly ichigo gettin his ass beat until he went all full hollow and destroyed ulquiorra, literally dismembering him. i think ichigo vs. grimmjow was better, even tho its an overused fight
