A tip to stop the over spray of the black numbers is to use the white paint first. It will close up the gap of the letters from the curb then go over with black. A little trick I’ve learned from watching custom shoe artist lol

Hello, Each city is different so check with your Department of revenue to see if one is required. As long as you have permission from the resident then you should be good to start. Good luck and make that money.
