Apparently, BUTA worked as the borderline between the 1st and 2nd waves of BM. 89 means the last throes of stadium thrash, the event of (Life) Death Metal (Autopsy and Necrophagia notwithstanding), plus the change on Bathory's aesthetics and the evergoing Mayhem's process of maturation, just as when this commando arrives on the scene, manacling any resistance. I still remember Malcolm Cross's review of Fallen Angel of Doom, on Metal Hammer UK March 1991 - . ''How can they or why should they be allowed to earn money doing what they do?''. "Nu-metal" objectively sucks and so does its bounce-core fan-base. How you gonna be moaning and whining and acting all sexual one minute then doing some jock 'roid-rage shouted vocals and expect to be taken seriously by anyone other than impressionable little kids who are easily satisfied with that try-hard edge-lite shit?

7:34 RITUAL!!!
When I bought this in the early 90s from Wild Rags ( the album - "Fallen Angel of Doom", sorry ) , rest assured there was nothing quite like it, actually the red Vynil I own of that album sounds more demo - ish than this demo as the few of you who own "Fallen angel of doom " can easily attest - in comparison, this demo is extremely well recorded and tame even.
Sounds better than their debut album.
So fucking RAW!
¡¡ War Metal !!
Sounds amazing fuk yeah

1st wave. But I consider this, and Fallen Angel of Doom to be War Metal. Especially Fallen Angel of Doom

First wave for sure; they were just trying to make the most brutal shit ever, not worried about making it black metal or death metal how we think of it today they mixed elements of both.

This makes any metal band sound like Katy Perry
The intro is so fucking dark...
Diretamente do QUINTO dos INFERNOS
I feel like the vocals didn't "get good" untill Gods of war but like, those are pretty bad too but like, everything else about blasphemy rules.

They would be bad on a more stylistic death metal record but they sound perfect here

Do you know where you would end up for eternity if you died today? Christ says the unsaved “will be thrown into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 8:12). HOPE: Romans 10:13 says For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord Jesus will be saved.
satan nor Lucifer has any power or authority, the one true authority is Yeshua/Jesus.
