The first time that I heard that beautiful piece of music, I just dropped off the console and enjoyed it for 20-30 minutes. I'm not even in 2% of the game but already worth every penny.

Not going to lie after I recorded this I had it sitting for like 20 minutes as well before continuing on. Very nice song.

@dejuanwilson1787 absolutely beautiful. If you enjoy, od recommend listening to "it was always you, helen" from the American horror story soundtrack. Has a similar feel.

I searched this on youtube in hope that someone already covered this ecstatic soundtrack, but we are still alone on this barren earth...

Oh man, I still haven't beaten the first game. I was playing it constantly, but then life happened and I was interrupted just as I was going to (I think) get to the last area. I will for sure get this, but I must replay the first game in full immersion mode, I owe it to the game! The music and environments in these games are very haunting, sorrowful, but also beautiful.

Best wishes to you my friend, thank you for sharing and i hope your pain has subsided. The time for your penance draws nigh, try the OG Blasphemous on True Torment mode before you play Blasphemous 2 and you'll be invincible, even with the new weapon mechanics. I hope this comment finds you in better and happier times.
