i once met him at a peter murphy concert in san francisco and i was the only one who noticed him or cared to talk to him, i asked 8f i could give him a hug and he just put out his arms huge and gave ne a warm embrace, he was very kind and genuine.

Just saw them last night! I love how Davey is so engaged with his audience! When he sings, he's never just staring at the back of the room, he's looking each of you right in the eyes. What a great show! If you're on the fence about going to see them live, rest assured you won't regret it!

I saw AFI on the Burials tour at Jiffy Lube Live(a pavilion), and despite the large crowd their engagement with the audience felt personal and one on one. Amazing live.
