Denise Black (Osbourne) visibly couldn't contain her laughter working with Maggie for the first time, that much is clear.

I'm in tears and I'm barely 10 minutes in. Butting in over fishcakes whilst they're arguing, telling Ken not to let Deidre run over him then telling Deidre to run over him when he's back. She's great.

The scene with Ken kissing Blanche goodbye was very touching. Too bad she continued to badmouth him to Deirdre the day after. 🤣

The air freshener actually changed everything. Deirdre and Ken were about to reconcile then Blanche triggered her anger with the spray, her anger drove Ken back to Daniel which means Daniel may never have come to Corrie and been in a relationship with Daisy today if it weren't for Blanche puffing that spray 😂😂😂

Eastenders couldn’t do a scene like this. The warmth,the humour,the pathos. the genuine love they have for each other. The acting in this is sublime.

Blanche was one of the best characters in the street, in the early days she was just a nasty miserable character who evolved into a comedy character
