The difference is that he said he thought he knew what love was, but realized he didn’t until Gwen. That was from an interview with Gayle King in Feb. They’ve been together for 5 years without one sign of trouble. Blake and Miranda’s relationship was rocky the whole time - before and after marriage. Sure Blake looked at Miranda with love at one time, but he ended up looking at her with disgust when she cheated on him one too many times and humiliated him.

People put too much emphasis on “looking in love”. Blake and Gwen are the real deal because they have much more than that. It is a mature love not just infatuation. They have friendship, respect, and similar values and priorities. They have made it work for 6 years with no drama. Blake has loved and accepted her kids as his own. They have combined their homes and lifestyles. They have prioritized spending time together even though they are both busy entertainers. They have accepted one another as is and respected one another rather than try to change each other. The looks of love make people swoon, but they are much more than that. Blake and Gwen are true love.

Everyone that meets Gwen whether they are famous or not says that she is the most down to earth person. She lived in a small cabin in the hunting lodge on Blake’s ranch for 6 months taking care of 12 people during the pandemic. Blake hasn’t lost any friends. He still spends lots of time with his hunting buddies like Tom McMillan. He vacations with Clint Bowyer (Gwen and kids and Clint’s family go along too. Last year they were all at the Lake of the Ozarks together). Haven’t you heard the country media interviews with Craig Morgan and Luke Bryan? They both talked about spending time at Blake’s ranch while Gwen was there. Luke said Gwen made his son a sandwich. Craig says he loves Gwen and Blake together. Luke says he’s happy for Blake and Gwen. Luke and Blake were joking around and bsing one another when Blake said Gwen wouldn’t let him see Luke. Blake went deep sea fishing in Florida with Luke last summer while Gwen and the boys stayed at the beach cabin they rented there. Blake sees his friends with and without Gwen, and they all like her. There is no issue.

I love it! I love how the songs are simple but every one they sing together is so incredibly touching we can't wait for the next. I love how she brings a new twist to country to suit her personality.
