fatou isn’t doing anything different compared to any other korean leader in a kpop group so i don’t see why people are acting as if she’s acting super harsh? she’s literally doing her job so they can improve as a group

i really wish i could put those people thru this, so they know how it feels. Because I have been thru trainee periods, and honestly, we do that to each other, sometimes u need someone to pressure u, so u break some barriers.

Fatou's leadership is solid and trustworthy (the CEO didn’t even bother to tell the geoup what was wrong he only told Fatou because he knew she'd get the work done lol) But I also want to praise Gabi's attitude, it wasn’t shown in this episode cut but she later admitted Fatou was right and followed all her advices. As someone who used to dance I know how hard it is mentally to see everyone else around you succeed to do something you struggle with and to be the only one getting critics. Even if you know your teacher/leader is right it still feels humiliating and makes you wonder "What is wrong with me?". Compared to the other members Gabi has a lot of weaknesses but she make up for them with her determination and her humbleness. I hope she will continue to have a mature attitude like that!

You can see in this clip that what was being focused on was dance(I don't know why you are focusing on vocals). We also don't know what happens Behind the scenes. We got to see ONE practice session and during this session, Gabi was the one that needed more help. But you also get to see during this episode that both Nvee and Gabi stayed behind (as the weakest dancers) and Fatou (to help and ensure that the girls don't get ppl like you in the comments talking bout horrible performances). Fatou is doing her job as a leader before even focusing on Gabi in this very clip she mentions something that the other girls were doing wrong. what must yall twist narratives like this everytime...

Rather than feeling sorry for Gabi I think we should admire her drive and dedication. Because when you feel sorry for her it paints her as a victim and Fatou as an agressor. When, if you are really being honest she wasn't up to standard and was making excuses. Fatou was calm and straightforward. Gabi worked hard and took on the criticism. We should admire her drive and be happy that she has a leader who will guide her to be her best so she doesn't have to hear mean things from the public.

Fatou is admirable because she's doing what needs to be done. She's willing to be the strict bad guy for the sake of the group and Gabi herself. She deserves a pat on the back for doing the right thing because it wasn't the first time that Gabi didn't practice.

gabi is like the fav child of fatou whom she wants to be best, just like a mom supports the weakest one more. gabi is an absoulute queen when it comes to singing , even i consider the beat live vocalist in the group , her voice is same on and off stage . she is amazing just needs to some finishing on her swiftness and her control over her body, she'd be perfect. Vocals are hard for sriya but she too is working on it, all in all , i am never dissappointed whenever i see them on stage , they always improve 2x with each performance.

Honestly after watching this I wanna Stan this group like I love the way fatuo is so determined to make this group perfect. I love that she knows she’s being hard on her for the good for the rest of the group if they can be perfect at dance that slight chance can give them recognition and give a memorable performance to fans who might not even know them. I LOVE YOU BLACK SWAN KEEP UP THE HARD WORK

gabi has evolved very much , we know she is working hard , and we know fatou will not let her fall apart , she will carry her together as she is doing now.

I remember when the first iteration of this group happened with that mixed member, and it came out how she was intentionally limited to the background and only allowed to rap. It's heartwarming to see how far they've come to where now their literal leader is fully black and is not someone just thrown in there for experiment or gimmick. She really works hard and helps everyone to be better.

As someone who's a leader of a dance group, i understand completely Fatou's way of leading the practice. I hope i can be a great leader like her too haha

Fatou is a good leader who understands that there is a lot of pressure on them. Especially since they are foreign idols they have to work even harder than Korean idols. Netizens judge foreign idols more harshly and I think that adds difficulty.

As a underrated group who’s been out for awhile and haven’t done anything compared to other groups fatou is doing right

i respect that she's hard working and might be strict which is what all kpop idols go through to maintain good performance. Fatou is respecting what she's doing and teaching her group to do the same.

I'd want Fatou to be my leader. Even though she was rightfully disappointed, she tried to keep her patience and was not too harsh. I understand how Gabi felt as well because it sucks being called out, but you can take that and be the very best you can possibly be next rehearsal so you get called out much less.

When people judge Fatou, but I find it good that Fatou is by her side and is making efforts to improve Gabi, because Gabi is literally the weakest and needs to improve, learn, and make an effort to progress in dancing, and also Sriya on stabilizing the voice during performances, and Nvee on stabilizing the voice and breathing exercises

Fatou gave corrections to Nvee too, and in the end Gabi and Nvee stayed up late rehearsing the choreography following these tips because they KNEW that Fatou does it so that they get the best out of them. Also Fatou is not in charge of the Singing department, for that they have vocal coaches who DO make them understand their cons, also Gabi is the one who makes those corrections, Gabi helped Sriya to debut since she knew almost nothing about singing and Sriya helped Gabi improve her dancing since she didn't know any dance style. So, in conclusion, Fatou helped her on this occasion because she was the Leader and because the CEO ordered her to do so. And I also want to add that we cannot deduce that Fatou does not give any correction to the girls for a ONE DAY clip of Blackswan training.

Fatou is a great leader, not even once during this video did I think she was being too harsh. Gabi didn't train for long and I'm not hating on her but she needs all the practice she can get, that's why Fatou had to give her a heads up to keep up with her practice. They went out to eat and gabi and nvee stayed late to practice, Fatou also stayed late and helped them till very early in the morning, they got there eventually and Fatou praised them. The next day Fatou and Gabi went out for ice cream and spoke about how they balance their work and their friendship. They were very mature and both agreed that it was Fatou's job to be strict in the dance room but once they leave she's just a friend to them.
