In the more vocal songs Lisa has less. But we can understand that she isn’t a vocal member, she *SLAYS* in every rap she has though. If tried to list a few you’d list them all. Her swag and voice is just 😎

But her singing is actually really good, so there's no valid reason for them to give her next to nothing in the vocals-oriented songs. She easily could have sung some beautiful lines in "Stay" for example. Her raps are of course often the highlight of songs. I guess the downside of her being so popular is that the solo stans of the other 3 members go after her the hardest with attacks whenever it looks like she gets even 25% (let alone more than 25%) in any song. Even though her rapping in Ice Cream was the highlight of the song for me and most people, the OT3 fans went after her like attack dogs, even though it was literally the first and ONLY song that she ever got the most lines on. (By contrast, they all celebrate if Jisoo ever gets the most lines.)

@@TEAM__POSEID0N don't talk about ice cream to defend yourself this was one of the most unfair eras of blackpink, blinks always care more about jisoo because there was a time they were being accused of excluding her now they give her all their attention! just look at Rosé was the one who received the fewest lines in ice cream and still the whole fandom was just talking about how Jisoo was wronged. so you can clearly see that they will always want only Jisoo's lines

@@bbella4933 LOL Your hyper-over-reaction is exactly what I was talking about. And you're already trying to use labels like "just a rapper" as an excuse. They're all "being treated very well indeed." Jisoo also got a lot of prominence in Born Pink. But this video is about line distribution overall and noticing things. The 36% song that you're talking about is Ice Cream and here you are basically attacking that one time when she got a high line distribution because you don't think she should ever get as much lines as the "main vocal" ... because, according to you, she's "just a rapper". Calm down. Incidentally, I'm not saying anything against Jisoo. I think people should be happy and celebrate when she gets a lot of lines because she's great. Both she and Lisa usually get the fewest lines. I'm just saying that there was no good reason for the negativity from the OT3 crowd against Lisa when she got the most lines one time (Ice Cream) versus the positivity from the OT4 people when Jisoo got the most lines (in You Never Know, for example). Lisa didn't take any lines from Jisoo. There was another vocalist on the song named Selena Gomez, so the singing lines were divided among 4 girls and LIsa got no singing lines.

@@TEAM__POSEID0N I already explained why people complain about lisa receiving a lot of lisa and not complaining when it's Jisoo And what you said is exactly what I'm trying to explain, there's nothing to complain about Lisa already got many lines you want more than complaining?!

Just imagine what these stats would look like if Blackpink were a 9-member group. That's one reason why I have a hard time enjoying the really large group format. At least in a 4-member group, everyone gets some decent share of the spotlight and a chance to do more than sing "doobeedoowah" or something like that a few times. In a 9-member group a "fair" line distribution would mean about 11% or 12% per member on average. And of course what usually happens is some of the members will get more like 18% or 20% while other members get single digits (6% or 7% for example).

Yeah agreed every song every member shines even if it’s just a little bit, but with a 9-member group more than half of the idols sing 2-4 lines and then like a couple sing the rest of the song

Honestly it was just a messy song in general. Love Selena but I think it might have worked better as just a Blackpink song instead. That way it could have been distributed better to suit the vocal tone of the song.

the amount of hate Lisa got for having most lines in icecream 😶 so called blinks literally left her side nd even made a song without Lisa's part which got git huge likes. nd also hating on every single person associated with that song. they didn't end there they even went for Lisa's family nd friends. that day i seen the real face of sooyas whom blinks love to paint as saints

They put it in the distribution because it's officially a part of Born Pink album as one of the tracks despite it being sung by only one member.
