TOPIC: BLACKPINK LISA Was born by the name Pranpiya Manobal(n) but later changed her name to Lalisa on the advise of a fortune teller that this name will bring her a great luck, but was does Lalisa mean? translation: the one who is praise. Sometimes, she is also called "Lili" or "Limario". She was born on March 27, 1997 in Buriram Province, and moved in Bangkok, Thailand when she aged three. She is an only child. She grow up comfortably in Thailand and as far as known, Lisa was educated at Praphamontree II International School and the tuition fees there amounted to about 20K USD per year. Fame runs in her family because her dad is Marco Bruschweiler a renowned Swiss Master Chef in Thailand and Switzerland. Her family owns a hospital and they own a culinary school. But growing up rich doesn't mean you are rich yourself, Our girl Lalisa took part in an audition organised by YG Entertainment in Thailand in 2010, where she outshone the competition. Winning the first place, Lisa was the only candidate and the first non-korean artist to be accepted as a trainee at YGE beating more than 4K auditionees. Started her training for more than five years after moving back to Seoul, South Korea from Thailand. She made her public debut as the main dancer, lead rapper and sub vocalist of World's Biggest Girl Group BLACKPINK, when the group launched in 2016. TAKE NOTE : The American Record Labels and Korean Record Labels are completely different. In America, a label will scout you and pick you up as an artist. In Korea, you audition at a company in hope of being a trainee. If you pass and become a trainee, you train for years in sing/rapping and dancing and other things to debut. The company will then decide whether or not they’ll debut you in a group or as a solo artist. You debut with people you’ve been training with or you'll never debut at all. Blackpink started training together since they were 14-15 years old, trained for 4-10 years and would train from 12 pm to 12 am, and their hard work pays off 'cause they finally debuted in August 2016. Blackpink when signing contract in their company it states that they are forbidden in doing six (6) things: drinking, smoking, clubbing, driving, plastic surgery and dating. The reason why Lisa now has bigger fandom, is that Lisa is one the kind of idol that attracts international fans with her kinda western vibe/swag that mostly kpop idol don't have, tho' there are some. And it's okay to love her, to have bias on her or have bias on other member, but please don't spread hate to her or to other members or idols. She is my bias, not just because of her being swag and talented, but because of her huge and genuine heart. WHY PEOPLE LOVES LISA MORE and MORE: HER PROFESSIONALISM She went to Milan for Prada's fashion show. Took a 12 hour flight back to SK, and from SK, took another 4 hour flight to Japan for their last Japan Dome concert that started just a few hours after she landed. But seeing her on stage during that concert you would never guess she just came from a 16 hour flight. Her energy was overflowing. She never ever gave less. And that is not the only time that she had back to back flights between countries to attend a show or interview or conference. HER PASSION AND DETERMINATION We may not see it all but even the dance practices of the group and her solo performances she gives 100% effort. Other members said they would train from 12pm-12am, but lisa would stay up until 3-4am to train. She keep herself grounded--with the amount of fame she is getting right now from all over the world, she remains humble. She doesn't think of herself as a big celeb. You would see her eat street foods, or stop by a small store at the sidewalk to eat ice cream, hang out with her childhood friends. She still does what normal people do. The first thing she post on her IG after attending fashion show is guess what? Her cats. It's her birthday, and what did she post on her IG story? Her cats. At the Elle Magazine interview, she said she feels happy rather than realizing popularity. SHE'S GRATEFUL and APPRECIATIVE If you didn't know, Lisa has the richest fans. Like really really rich. One fan spent hundred thousand of dollars for a birthday led ad on 9 Buildings in 9 cities in 9 days. During her solo debut, a fan spent thousand of dollars again for a led ad in China and UK. HER GENUINE HEART BLACKPINK donated 40M KRW(33,580 USD) or 10M KRW (8,395 USD) each to the victims of fire in South Korea. In Dec 2018 they were awarded prize money of 20M KRW (16,790 USD) by Elle Styles Awards, but being angels they are they donated the amount to low-income household and another 20M KRW to low income single-parent household in South Korea. Lisa donated 200K baht (5,975 USD) to the victims of flood in Thailand she donated it quitely without any intention of media attention but the people around her can't hide how lisa was so kind and later revealed it. Fun factz. Jealousy people always say why is it always "LISA LISA LISA LISA LISA LISA" why can't you love the other members too? The comments says a lot cause if they cared about Lisa, they wouldn't compare Lisa's activities with the other and be at least happy for her. Lisa recieved a lot of attentions during 2019. Many was against her because she is a thai female who became more famous as Kpop idol internationally and many audiences just liked Lisa a lot individually. Lisa was talked a lot and recieved A LOT of attentions from both sides of haters and lovers. They saw her as a treat. So knowing Lisa debuted with a song LALISA is a big slap on everyone's face who are actively as a kpop stan. Lisa is so savage. Even though she didn't took the part of Lyrics, she still expressed her thoughts and feelings that made songwriters got inspired and got to know what kind of message Lisa wants to tell to everyone who listen to her song. Yeah same here. It wasn't because of a change of interest tho. He made a comment about Jisoo not looking confident in the Kill this love Tokyo dome video. A bunch of people started to attack him in the comments and even his Instagram account. So he stopped reacting to blackpink all together. Sad ☹
