Taehyung Uzumaki the song just feels really empty and the lyrics are poorly written like most of the song was filler sounds like “badabingbadaboom” or “duunduunduun” for the end dance break and this has been noticeable in their past 2 songs which is really disappointing bc the girls honestly deserve music that showcases their talents like AAIYL or whistle that feel full and better choreography

I think this was a strong comeback but I am sad that the song is only 3 minutes long and we didn’t get rapper Jennie. Jisoo, like always deserves more.

Jisoo actually got 4 actual lines and none are repeated, Jennie and Lisa’s line are mostly repeated, If you don’t count all the repeated lines, Rosé got the most lines well she’s the main vocalist

I felt the song was lack lustre, quite repetitive especially with edm chorus but the vocals and rap were well performed and the music video and members were gorgeous ~

The MV was AMAZING. The GIRLS SNAPPED. *The song was a to me flop tho* . The dance break and “barabing” part of the chorus was weak. And those part sounded repetitive and like Dx3 and KTL with a Boombayah Sound (eastern vibe) The only parts I liked where the “look at you. Now look at me.” And the vocals. Tho Lisa rap sounded like a Jennie rap. Musically this is their worst comeback yet. I’m already tired and over the song. And I’ve put it on repeat for 5 times? And I can’t listen to it anymore. But the VISUALS? Charisma? They SNAPPED: and this is hands down Lisa’s era.

One thing I’ll say YG is good at is production value, their outfits are beautiful, the mvs have always been so expensive looking and they have their own style. The instrumental is super catchy but also experimental. The sets were everything. YG really pulled through with this one

Everyone seems to like this comeback, whilst me and most of my friends thought this was really medicore. And I mean medicore when we talk about blackpink, as they have such great title track. The whole MV is just random pretty shots that don't connect to each other at all, and also when I first played it I thought that in the first verse in Jennie part it sounded a bit like a part from "don't know what to do". It throws me off a little by how many concepts they tried to fit into this MV and it doesn't really do it for me. And the chours is also not that special, and I would say was the most dissapointing thing about this song, it just didn't fit well with me. Also I disklike the scenery in first chours. And then suddenly Lisa rap is in this egiptian vibe ?? like why, I mean, it is really pretty and she slayed but as I said nothing really adds up. Jennie part after Lisa's rap is my fav I would say. And definitely this had such a good bridge, Rose and Jisoo killed it so hard, and then the chours came back to make me dissapointed again. I want to say that I had too high expectations for this comeback, but honestly, they get 1 comeback a year and have such a staff to write them songs that I think this could've been much better. For me the song was "good" but compared to they other title tracks, and even side tracks it was definitely the worst one so far. But thats just my and my friends opinion, so yeah, if someone likes it then sure, everyone likes something else :D Just wanted to share my thoughts!
