I think she's more of their life leader (supports them emotionally, keeping them engaged, encouraging them, etc.), whereas Jennie is the work leader (she's a perfectionist and get's tasks done efficiently).

In case some people don’t know (I didn’t at first) as the MC, you basically have to remain impartial and act as the spokesperson of the event and not your respective group. So Jisoo wasn’t really _allowed_ to say anything. But girl still did her best!

I think she will not be the best leader of Blackpink. Cause her English is not that good like Rosé and Jennie. And with their huge global reputation they need a leader who holds confidence while speaking and answering others questions professionally. That's why I personally wanna say that Rosé or Jennie, both of them are perfect. In 2019 to 2020, their growth years... mostly Rosé led the group and represented it worldwide. But a leader only can lead the group but without a mom is nothing. 🙌....eg~ BTS without Jin and Suga, Enhypen without Jay, Twice without Jeongyeon...etc. ❤
