I would listen to this album on my 3 hour morning commute and 3 hour evening commute from work to home. I hated my 17 year old Job, especially how far it was from my family. I felt that I've outgrown the company. My ambition and motiviation was gone. I also felt I reached the point where the company could not support me or my growing family anymore. This album changed my life and gave me the courage to start my own business and resign from my crappy job. (A Year Later) I now came back to this video to listen while I work from my home office. Great feeling to be closer to my wife & kids. Let Blackmill's music sooth your thoughts and give you the ambition / motivation to start something big! Improve yourself, you got this! - Marc Bryce

This album has broken my heart and healed it, helped me sleep when my mind wouldn't stop pulsating with painful thoughts, pulled me out of darkness. It has been the soundtrack to and the inspiration that fueled the creation of artwork. I've felt the drops while tripping out of my mind. It connected me to all of you and all of you to me. Love for everyone here. No matter what hand life has dealt you, you are all artists and poets and dreamers, savages and conquerors, eternal and beautiful. 🦉

Same here if you can fight it whether it's weed, alcohol, porn, any drug you will be a better person in the long run everyone says oh weed is harmless, no I use to say that and I know first hand it's bad it really will eventually make you want to try other drugs that's why I stopped. I was a hardcore smoker, not weak stuff either, just listen to the music instead let it get you high, let it put your mind into this deep thinking of life and the world around you.

dude! I played Miricale as the set opener to the first show in south Texas after we re-opened (prior to delta variant probably not the best idea but whatever). it actually dated me cause the kiddos had never heard it. sucked having to tell them that the song is actually almost over a decade old/super cool at the same time. My first foray into becomming old but still fun story to tell. BTW get off my lawn

One of my favorite things to do with this album is to go on a hike and set up in the most beautiful spot I can find with my hammock. I'll watch the trees sway to the melody as the sun breaks through the boughs at seemingly just the right time to accentuate the music. I breathe in deeply and as I exhale the entirety of the world seems to be in perfect harmony. Usually I'll end up falling asleep as the birds and rustling leaves seem to blend into each song in such a sublime way that I simply can't resist floating away. When I awaken the album is over and I'm left with the same gentle sway, the faint chirping of songbirds, the wind washing over me and can still hear it the music faintly in the distance as though nature itself is resonating with my experience. Moments like these are rare for me and can only be compared to what I imagine a state of pure bliss feels like. I hope you all have a beautiful experiences with your listening as well. If you have a specific way you like to listen please share below I'd love to share in your experience ^_^

This album, track Miracle, especially for me, is a rock solid evidence of how powerful music can be. Whether i'm happy or sad, angry or frustrated, this album, the first song as mentioned above, has never let me down. I have depression, and take my word for it, it's awfully hard to beat. One small problem or bad experience can bring all my unpleasant memories and feelings back in the blink of an eye. You could say that music is the sole thing that keeps my fire alight. Have you looked through the album picture thoroughly? It shows an imaginary world. Perhaps the far future? Look at all the gigantic buildings, the smaller ones, the flats, the highways, that sunset! To me, it carries the following message. Things have gone bad, for the world. Technology has advanced so far, that there is barely any natural habitat left. Barely any plants. The sunset tells me, that the people, who live in that city, are running out of time. Yet it also says that they must fight this advancement of tech, to make it, to live, to have good times, to wake up each morning with the thought of having to carry on. I know that it's a mindfuck, and i probably need serious help, also that most of you won't give a crap about this, but know : I felt like i had to write these lines down, so the weight i'm carryin around would feel as it was lesser. To the point: I can not even express with words how strong and helpful music is.

No matter how rough or how regretful i was feeling about my life, this song replaced that feeling as if it was the only thing that really matters. I have felt good about other musics in general, but this track, among all times that this happens, brings a really strong positive vibration within. Felt good to read your story, keep writing this down!

Recently I remembered a little tune from one of these songs I first heard over 5 years ago. I sat here and collected my thoughts, remembering the title/artist of music without words is always a challenge. I couldn’t track you down in my memories, but in my heart. After mulling over it for some time, suddenly, BLACKMILL. The magic words. Next was finding a video with that cityscape image. Randomly, I clicked on this video first and to my surprise and satisfaction here we are. I’m loving the comments, thought I’d contribute. Share the love everybody!
