Bro, you missed your chance because Blacklight Chica was free but as her task was buggy they put her as a gamepass (OBS: I got Blacklight Chica before she was on GamePass, that is, when she became GamePass I still have her LOL)

To replace the useless gamepass to a worth it gamepass (i forgot what gamepass does blacklight replaced before but if you bought it already before it turned to blacklight gamepasses, u got it for free and cheap)
