The way that was done did nothing but traumatise the skin the sack should be loosened around the sack which should make it easier to remove there for less trauma to the surrounding tissue.

For the life of me I do not understand why ALL of these spa technicians do not invest in a small to medium hemostat set??? I have seen numerous video's that show & prove that they just do not consider these instruments as important enough to have on hand and this is a HUGE MISTAKE!!! A inexpensive hemostat set can be purchased for $15 with shipping here in the U.S. I have no doubt they are even less expensive over there. The tech was doing a good job until the the sac started coming out. The first mistake they made was trying to force pull the cyst sac out while it STILL HAD a fair amount of content YET to be expressed out first. They FAILED to pick up on this fact! Therefore the sac was not nearly as small as it could have been had they continued to COMPLETELY EMPTY IT. THE second mistake was they were using the WRONG INSTRUMENT! They were using clippers / nippers to forceably pull the sac out. Guess what??? The clippers do what they were designed to... They kept cutting portions of the sac away prior to the sac coming out. Between these 2 mistakes the end result was a bad outcome! Had they of done these 2 things they would have accomplished the task successfully! The video abruptly ends at one point prior to showing the very end. They chose to end the video early because they wanted to hide the end result which was halting the removal process and tucking the rest of the cyst and its contents back down inside the skin. They OBVIOUSLY DID NOT want us to see that! Even though the technician got a great deal of the cyst contents as well as the sac out they left the patient in WORSE SHAPE than she was in before they started this procedure. Why is that??? Let me explain... Because I guarantee the instruments used were not sterile! SO THEY CONTAMINATED BOTH THE remaining cyst sac and contents inside and then chose to tuck this CONTAMINATED tissue & matter back down inside the skin. They threw this patient in harms way in thier efforts. There is a HIGH PROBABILITY the patient wound up with a subsequent infection / abscess as a result of their actions! which can cause greater scarring and skin pitting. Also, this is on the face which is not that far from the brain. Sometimes these facial infections can migrate to the brain due to their close proximety! I worked in surgery for years assisting with procedures like this. The technician did not do this correctly and knew it! That is why they chose to end the video prematurely in a effort to "save face", avoid RIGHTFUL scrutiny, cover it up and spare embaressment!

You are defending the fact you lack proper instrumentation & have zero desire to correct that. You do get that right??? Why am I asking this, lol...OF COURSE YOU DON'T! Wow for being such a know-it-all, Im seriously shocked that someone so intelligent… A. didn’t know this is a stolen & reposted video that has obviously been cut and edited. B. think instruments are cheaper in their country (since you clearly think incomes are the same in every country) C. Guarantee they don’t sterilize. You got all this knowledge from a 10 minute edited, stolen, reposted video! That’s amazing !!!
