I heard of Blackened Salmon.... But this is very creative bro😎... And I love Pineapples 🍍... I definitely need to try this since I been finding different ways to enhance Salmon dishes... The only thing I would different is to use real ginger root to add more flavor and add spice to the sauce mix... I'm sure it would taste better than ginger spice...
