For the basic idea (as I see it): faced with the forces of nature that we can only endure with no possible control, we have within us this ability to admire them. To admire and see the beauty of what could kill us (volcanoes, torrents of lava, frozen waterfall streams, thunder, flames) in a blink of an eye. Zora was keen to remind us of this, and I can't thank her enough 😁. But above all, Zora invites us to listen to the song ("whispering embers", "like the sound of a snake") and notice the "dark and bright" beauties ("mist, ice crystals, obsidians, ...") that result from the majestic embraces of the opposing forces of nature ("when fire falls in love with ice"). It's a starting point that already gives me the shivers and dizziness of excess. 2. For the vocals, which are at times soft and contemplative, dreamy, ... and which intensify so well in the choruses and during the embraces of fire and ice. It's perfect, beautiful ...and perfectly beautiful. 3. For the shivering verses: "When volcanic twilights Meet the Northern lights". And for the lines: "A sea of flames Whispering embers On a white landscape Burning hearts, frozen in time". And for the lines : "When the midnight sun Meets the polar night Dark and bright" 4. For these beautiful vibes that seem medieval to me and that are transformed into 100% Blackbriar by pure enchantment, much more than by musical composition. 5. For that (guitar?) note that comes out of nowhere at 3:07 and so aptly represents this "whispering embers". 6. For these completely magical and overpowering guitar riffs (for example at 1:00 and those that precede it at 0:35) that carry us away without any choice, exactly like these forces of nature that the song talks about. It's an absolute work of art. Everything is musically and vocally as grand and beautiful as the subject matter. I've never heard anything so beautiful. Thank you so much! PS: I think that when Zora wrote "frozen waterfall streams" she referred to the most powerful event on earth that nothing can prevent : When glaciers weighing billions of tonnes "advance", the energy of this phenomenon can be calculated and it surpasses the strongest tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and storms. If we take the sum of all these titanic forces to push against this glacier slide, they would not be stopped. Sorry for making such a long comment 🙏
