Great band and super cool guys as well!
Just heard this song for the first time yesterday, and had to learn it. Thank you Papa, for explaining the song break down well, not too slow like this is the first time I picked up an axe. Your personality, as well as your ability to teach using it, make for an easier, more quality song lesson. Thank you again. Great song.

Bad ass blackberry smoke my second fav band lol but my first is the Cadillac there not much lead guitar but song Writing and guitar riffs in the southern country genre is my fav
I just saw them live in Nashville last night, it was incredible, they put on a excellent show, one of the best concerts I've ever been to, however my only complaint was that they weren't loud enough, however their sound was perfect, I was front row and the vocals was crystal clear, great show, definitely will be seeing them again

@@BrettPapa Hey Brett, Just seen them live in Glasgow last Saturday! Best band ever! "I'll Keep Ramblin'" is my fave from the new album but "Run Away From it All" and "Lord Strikes me Dead" are close behind! from their older albums "Workin' for a Workin' Man" "Sunrise in Texas" "Like an Arrow" "Everybody Knows She's Mine" "Up the Road" "Let Me Help You (Find the Door)" "Payback's a Bitch" they are all on my want to learn list! but they are all good! Don't forget the solo's please as this is what made this lesson here the best one for me!
Sweeeeeeeet southern rock my man. You should do some Zeppelin

Hey Papa. Please. Post guitar lesson "Shakin hands with the holy ghost"
First time finding you. For moderate guitarists, your style kicks it out! You get on with showing how songs are meant to be played, no fooling around to show how in depth you are musically trained. Keep up the good work. By the way, what area of the country are you in?

Great tune! I'll do it soon.
Talk about under rated straight ahead Marshall/Les Paul rock and roll--how about picking any song of the live set list of "The Darkness". The brothers do a great job of switching off, but lots of great stand alone guitar riffs.

hahaha too real! Nice. Not a '59??????????? then it aint shit.
the solo sounds like a different song but I can't pick it out
Does this song not have that 70's Zeppelin kinda vibe?
Thanks so much for this - it really helped get this down quickly and it's such a fun song to play. Doubt you'll see this but thought you'd like to know that during the solo toward the end where you are doing a vibrato on the 10th fret on the B string to end the second to last phrase from the solo, he actually bends the 11th on the G 1 and 1/2 steps to reach that same note and it sounds as awesome as you'd think when done right. You can see Charlie do it in this clip at about 2:55 - kzread.info/dash/bejne/fpqeyNCnZcS0m5PM.htmlttps://kzread.info/dash/bejne/lX19zcascs7Wm7A.html

Nah, why fight it. I heard the bigger strings more tone argument a lot but in my experience being around players with massive tone that has not been the case in my opinion.

papastache102 I use them because I usually play in the drop C range and you typically don’t get the looseness from the heavier strings. I have a PRS baritone that has 13s lol
