I live in a small city in Montana and I stand out painfully different from all my friends. The way Andy Sixx dressed? I dress that way on a daily basis. I support the gay community, I believe in gender and racial equality, and I believe that you should be allowed to be whatever you want to be, no questions asked. I get singled out and picked on a lot for this, to the point where I felt like I was going to have to give up on myself and try to look and act like everyone wants me to. Hearing Andy's advice about never giving up, when he and I have had such similar lives growing up, is about the most encouraging thing I have heard in a long time. My family, friends, classmates, and coworkers might think I'm a crazy freak, but I know that despite all of that, there are five incredible guys out there who believe in me and will always have my back.
