@@abdullahhodhod3779 In general, it's any (mostly non-mainstream) metal that gets shit for being evil and even then it's not that often; people usually just turn their nose up at the "noise" we listen to. But I have found a number of "Emo is a suicide cult!" articles in the past that say the music they listen to is evil and glorifies depression so I guess SOME people are saying it's evil and depressing...but it's really not as common or serious as all the emo kids make out it is...

Honestly, I don't think it was a phase for me. I think it was just a part of my life that was important to me. I didn't attempt to act "emo" or "scene" because this band taught me to not go with labels. I may not listen to this band much or keep up to date anymore, but I'll never consider this as just a phase in my life. I understand if people thinks it's just a phase because they don't really know how much this means to me, so I won't be offended if they call it a phase.

Andy wasn't damaging his voice, he stopped because they were going for a more Glam Metal-ish sound rather than a Metalcore/Screamo sound. It doesn't strain or ruin your voice if you do it right (and if you don't do drugs, smoke or drink alcohol before performing). Extreme Metal artists have been screaming and growling since the 80's and 90's and can still scream and sing. Also Andy only uses one type of scream (It's always that mid scream in all of his songs), he doesn't switch between low growls and high screams, so it's unlikely he would damage his voice screaming.

All I gotta say is without music life would be just a silent voice and no color in a world of survival. Differnt types of music impacts us in a different way in what where going through. I've learned to accept music no matter how different and how different they feel . I will always try my best to accept the personal life of a creator of who creates the melodies and music that is born in the world today

Honestly, since I was between 18-20, whenever this came out, its been one of my favorite music videos ever. I am only literally 2 days older than Andy. He is an athiest from what I have read, and he had been preaching to young teens since the very first BVB music video (the original knives and pens) that you need not feel guilty for not confirming to a religion. I myself am a newborn Agnostic, and it is thanks to BVB, Volbeat, and Dimmu Borgir that I was able to finally comfortably position myself outside the fences of religion. People always said BVB saved their lives, but in my case, BVB saved my sanity. It would be awesome if I could meet Andy some day, given he is even more obsessed with Batman than I am, which is really saying something, and he seems almost as random as me as well. xD

i remember listening to these guys in middle school, im 21 now and can still say his voice is incredible.

original is classic, but re-stitch version is better, especially the drumming. The drumming and production are light years ahead of the original. Andy's voice is better overall too, the re-recorded choruses SLAP and the last half of the song on the rnew version is HEAVY as hell. both are cool, but i love the new version
