It's quite boring and underwhelming. The singing is devoid of any emotive strains or belting notes. The guitar solos and bridges are formulaic and easily mimicked by a 1980's mini casio keyboard. How sad that there's black-heart spamming bots shilling music that's extremely insipid. Milquetoast emo, ugh.

I started listening to bvb when I was 5 years old. I’ll be turning 22 on Friday. I remember listening to this song when it first came out. Gave me chills.

I feel exactly the same way. This song makes me well with emotion every single time in a way that I can't describe and that I would almost describe as painfully cathartic. I always seem to forget or maybe just seem to reexperience the exact same feeling every time. I couldn't believe it a decade ago when I bought the album and I can't believe it now that this song affects me so much at every listen, not matter my mood or environment. I want to sing the whole thing but I can't because I get verklempt and I start to tear up and cry. I can't thank this band enough for making me feel like I belong and basically gang-vocalizing me out of my worst depressive times. I love BVB for each and every thing about them, but their gang vocals, choruses, and guitar solos are just all time incredible and I will fight anyone who says otherwise. Seriously, they are heavy metal bops. There are heavier and there are poppier and even flashier and more gimmicky, but there's nobody who balances all of those things in tandem like BVB.

I see so many people comment similar things, that they were on the verge of ending it all, and BVB not only accepted them exactly for who they are/were, but welcomed them to their Army, with a lot of love. When I saw this title pop up the other day, I was taken all the way back to 2014-2015 when BVB helped me through a dark patch in high school. It’s now almost a decade since then and I’m in the work field with a Master’s degree helping people. Although I may not be as into them, their W&D album holds such a special place in my heart and always will.
