Black Uhuru during this time with Darryl Thompson on lead guitar was unfuckwithable. How could you counter Michael Rose, Robbie Shakespeare & the 🐐Sly Dunbar??

This is a top reggae group at the height of their collective powers. Band is tight. Sly n Robbie a-run t’ings, seen? Michael Rose killing it. The live onstage dubs alone are worth a listen. 👂🎧

I saw black uhuru in London at the Rainbow 1981 and the Brixton academy in 1983 and 85 very good gigs nice one one love long live the black uhuru

I was at this show. My first proper concert. Sly & Robbie changed my life!

Yeah true. But hearing just makes me wish I was born sooner enough to where I could of had the chance to marry her. As pathetic as that sounds.
