This is a real place. It’s at the Los Angeles Theater and it’s closed to the public. The reason I know is because I was there for a Gwen Stefani event in late 2017. I assumed it was an abandoned theater, because it looked old therefore historic-looking which made me think old Hollywood used to walk through and up these stairs looking all glammed up. I’ve walked into and stood at all the spots they were in the video including the front stairs where they were sitting with the chandeliers, RM at the the top of the stairs in the upper level, and the mirror room Jin was in. The only room I think I did not see was the one at the end of this behind video, because it might’ve been a private room. The mirror room was like the powder room(?) for the women’s restroom and I remember standing to the left of where Jin was standing. When i walked in there, I was like...”dang, this is way too fancy/rich for a restroom area” lol. You can’t tell from the video (plus it’s dark up there), there’s tapestry high above the stage on the right and on the left that were tattered. That what made me think this place may not be open to the public, because everything is old that maybe things could be too fragile for constant attendance from the public (I found out later it was mostly used for filming purposes). Surprisingly, I didn’t take a bunch of pictures. Little did I know I was going to be big fan of BTS and that they would film there heh.

@@perihan714 there was a sister of an army who worked in three mvs and she told the story along with how RM and Jimin split their pants on ON kinetic because of dancing too hard. And how Jungkook helped her finding Staples on the floor of the stage on black swan.

Dm B-Cym she probably wouldnt have any proof, they arent allowed to just film the members. but its something jin definitely would say , and its not that unbelievable for their pants to tore during the performances, dont u remember that famous story RM love to tell about the pants important part lol .

The acoustics of the old theater is wonderful. Plus Taehyungie belting out some operatic shizz, omg. Even the voices of the rest while goofing around singing are so good

Oh, and Tae likes to sing opera style often...and evidently couldn't resist in this setting. So when you briefly hear him doing that...yep. A gal that worked with the crew while BTS was filming this said that Tae was singing opera a lot during the shoot.

The room in Jin's shoot is indeed real, and he's right it used to be the make up room. Actually you take a door in that room and it leads you straight to the ladies restroom. The Los Angeles Theatre is truly a magnificent place.

Jimin was the shadow for Suga and JK at the end, and Hobi for RM. Love that our boys do it all themselves

I agree that you need to see more BTS music videos! I'm not on Patreon so I don't know what you have over there, but based on KZread here are some MVs you haven't seen. - Fire - Save Me - Boy In Luv - Idol - No More Dream - I Need U (original version) - Not Today - Run - DNA - Boy With Luv - Danger They have more this is just to get started. A couple of these like Idol and Boy In Luv I think you've heard during live performances, but the MVs are still worth checking out.

The room where Jin filmed was the entrance to the women's bathroom, i dont remember the exact name but something like Broadway Theater in LA, a lot of music videos have been shot in that location

WHO by lauv ft jimin and jk. that song is really emotional and great.

Just like jhope was casting the shadow on the ceiling during rm's segment, Jimin was doing the shadow on the wall for Suga's part too. It wasn't cgi.

J-Hope was RMs shadow and Jimin was Suga and JKs shadow.

You really need to watch more of their MVs. I can't believe you've gone this long without watching them. What are you waiting for? By the time I had been into them for a month I had seen every MV they ever made multiple times. Go back, start at the beginning, and go through them one by one. LET"S GET IT!!!!

These boys really work hard and play hard, as we can glimpse in Run! episodes. Their professionalism and humility are so inspiring, their brotherhood the stuff of envy.

One thing you need to know abt BTS is they don't normally use CGI. Most of their music videos are real, even the iconic falling floor in fake love 😊

I think one thing to know when it comes to bts and their mvs is they mostly do no cgi or maybe a little bit of cgi. But most of their stuff in their MVs are real.

A lot of people are quick to credit BTS for their music videos, but let's not forget the creative team at Lumpens who are responsible for the majority of BTS's MVs.

They all had the corsets on in version 2 concept photos. In general, kpop groups don’t shy away from historically gendered pieces of clothing bc if it looks good, it looks good period lol. I think Jimin got one bc his contemporary dancing would be accented by the corset showing us the shape he makes & JK bc his leaning backwards over the balcony has the same effect. Don’t know for sure, though.

I don't know if you have watched it yet but you should watch the video where the boys are watching the MV, Suga's comment of Jimin at the end, had me snorted in laughter.

No actually Tae have a slightly larger waist than Jm and Jk I saw their waist measurement, but you are right about how they decide who to wear it cause the other aren't wearing it and it can't be a coincidence
