The second verse He said times change, they had a lot and they claimed the were on top but now their knees are weak literally( they don't have much like they used to) And they rushing to pick heavy metals literally ( they are trying very hard to get back to their feet cos when they have much they spent it on drugs and other unnecessary stuff) No body will tell you your time is up (even though you will try get back to your feet but your time is up cos you wouldn't get that millions you had before again) You will realize you have to go to Church and call God for help( which means if you continue to try to get back to you feet and things do not work, you will call your God for help This song is about how people misuse their money on unnecessary stuff when they become rich. However, they forget that times change.
