This game needs a lot more of "impact", projectiles and melee have no "weight" whatsoever. Hope they can figure this out before release, make these alpha and beta tests count

Yeah, I hope they tweak a lot of things before it releases. The Devs seem to be listening and interacting with the players a lot here at the start so that's a really good sign. That being said... Alpha wasn't that long ago and we're already getting a console heavy closed beta. I fear they might be rushing the game out, but we'll see how it goes.

@@valstarlight Yep, that is a legitimate concern. The game looks at least one year away, the voice acting is not great overall... well, if they release this game on early access, make that clear for the players (unlike what happened with Multiversus and Overwatch "2"), I can see people giving the benefit of the doubt, rush out the early access and work from there. The negative side is the "morality" of things, because people will act as free beta testers for Disney and a chinese company, lol you can't be more "evil" than that. I am willing to play this game in early access, but at the same time I feel that is idiotic because Disney don't deserve my time and effort + they have more than enough money to pay for actual beta testers and QA. Let's wait and see, lots of skepticism, at the same time infinite potential

@@RRRRRRRRR33 Yeah, I am definitely curious to see how they navigate this AFTER this beta. And here's hoping this beta goes well too. More players, more tax on the servers, more people to please and keep track of. Should be interesting to say the least. I'm hoping it does well, but I also was one of the suckers who had a lot of faith in Square Enix and Marvel Avengers... and we know how that went lol

I could be wrong but I think one thing they need to improve on is increase damage input for melee specific characters like spider-man and black panther. I say that because you already have a disadvantage against a plethora of characters with ranged attacks. So a lot of times you have no choice to play hit and run tactics because if you’re not careful your health will sink fast. But maybe they’re supposed to be hit and run characters

Yeah, I agree with this. With Black Panther you really need the stars to align to pump out damage and if you screw up his dash in reset(his shift ability) you are just a sitting duck. Now that I'm trying to get a Spider-Man video out, I've noticed his damage is just too low for how difficult it is to get in to begin with. Once you finally get in, you basically still lose the 1v1 if you don't run away or have help.

Some nice gameplay. Of the characters you've played, who's your favorite and least favorite? Also, I'd like to request a video for Rocket to be done, I like the little guy and he does have healing, so he sounds like my kind of character.

I will work on a Rocket video soon! Feel behind a bit with the requests but going to try to catch up! So far Scarlet Witch is by far my favorite and gameplay wise I think Spider-Man is my least favorite. Spider-Man is pretty difficult to play(for me at least lol) and feels a little too weak. I haven't tried everyone yet though so that might change!

He seems to play almost like Darth Maul in Battlefront 2...hit and run attacks, multiple dashes...not meant for long drawn out fights...but man those hurt boxes need work...11:56 made me actually angry...all that and not a single hit?

It felt SO noticeable with him even in the other games I didn't upload. You rely a lot on hitting his shift(the dash in) while they have vibranium marks so you can get the reset and I was so sure I nailed some of those with perfection and it didn't register to give me the reset. If you don't get that reset you are just a sitting duck. Very frustrating lol

It's a Closed Alpha, I'm just trying to get content out to show off the characters... Not really taking anything too seriously right now. Maybe once I get a few more vids out I'll hop into ranked. People who have experience with the games in this genre are going to be better than everyone in an Alpha. I don't think it's that big of a deal. Sorry it's not up to your standards!

Hold T then navigate over with your mouse and let go. Sprays and Emotes are on the same "wheel."

Because this is alpha, it's not even beta to have an port for console/mobile etc... But hey PC is really great, why don't you consider having one?

@@manicbeyond Thx for sharing bro, but really, if you try it out for a week i bet you will adapt to it and prob love it. Games are cheaper, you can search many platforms to see the better prices, differently than psn store where you can't really choose that well, and many other benefits, usually people can aim best at fps games too, you should give it a try. :)
