@@jacknagel9387 Menendez has two though. The first time is when Mason meets him and a grenade went off in that hut with Menende still inside. Yuri doesn’t count though since you’re playing as him.

Stitch had way more personality and impact than most side antagonists. And it's a shame to see him go.

I like how Stitch had a clear chance to draw against Adler after he told him of Perseus’s death, but still chose not to. He truly felt like he did his job, nothing else mattered.

@@Skabloink I thikn Stich respected/admired Adler too much to want to just kill him outright. The way Stich saw it, he did what he could. Seems like he had nothing left to live for either. No goal. Imagine what might have happened (or perhaps even still can if it's fade to black) if he's given a goal. One that values strength yet appeals to his efficent methods that don't deal with sympathy. He can be convinced and controlled. Knowing how? That's an art. Basically, don't kill him. BREAK him. With honesty though. None of that lies and deciet with numbers. If he sees strength and honesty he'll have to acknowledge it.

I mean when you think about it, he's less cartoony than his appearance suggests. Guy had a University Diploma, a high paid job in the freaking KGB and some guy comes along, destroys his work, tortures him, takes half his vision and then the superior and state whom he stayed so very loyal to, strip him of his rank and abandon him in a Soviet Era Gulag. A horrific prison and labor camp. He's more a tragic villain if anything

I really liked how the “enemy” can be perceived to be Adler or Stitch. Yeah Stitch is a communist and a murder but so was Adler… except for the communist part but seriously. Adler and Stitch are almost the same person in a way

That grey area is actually what Cold War was all about. Toeing that line. When the game was marketed, they showed both sides sharing the same words in their speeches. The only difference being their ideals, even their methods were the same. The CIA brainwashed Bell, just like the KGB brainwashed Mason, Adler, and so on. Both sides share the same story. It is a matter of perspective. Neither side is good, nor are they bad. They just are.

Theory: It was a sniper, but it shot and killed STITCH not ADLER. For what reason? Theoretically, Stitch has served enough in the Perseus cause and it's like he said, "My life no longer matters". He didn't want to risk being captured and tortured again by Adler and felt he had accomplished his mission. This lines up with the theories with the gun's sound not a 1911 (which I agree, do sound little weird for a 1911). It also makes sense with the dialogue Stitch gives with how he's "changed the world" and how his life "no longer matters...". Finally, it explains why Adler is alive in the Pacific cutscene (It takes place on August 24, five days after his "supposed" death).

Adler looks cool with a beard, but his clean-shaven and aviators look is still my favorite.

I personally think that is a hidden sniper and that mysterious person is bell stitch probably found him after Adler shot him and helped heal his wounds and now the two of them are hunting Adler. Just a theory of mine stitch and bell are my favorite characters in the cold war story. Their both forgotten soldiers looking for revenge 😔

It's a bummer perseus died off screen, he had such an intense build up in the campaign, he had a cool design, story, overall interesting character, shame it was wasted.

@2:07 that part of Stitch’s speech had me kinda excited for COD vanguard when I heard it would go back into WW2, I was hoping it would give us a sense of the true price of eastern front and how brutal that war was and how it affected not only the Soviet Union but the world. Sadly we got a shitty vanguard campaign lol

I’m really torn, I don’t want Stitch dead because he was a great villain I’d love to see in the next campaign, but I think this is a great ending for him. They did that on purpose, your ears did not deceive you that was not a 1911. I think everyone is forgetting how Imran in the 80s and 90s and eventually Victor Zakhaev in 2019 factor in to this. they showed us those 2 for a reason. Also Perseus‘s goal is very similar to the Russian ultranationalist movement ideals

I think it’s still meant to be a 1911 because in the season 5 intro at about 1:44 when Stryker is shooting the 1911 at the window for him and woods to escape it has the same sound

​@@TraGamer1606 Fuck i didn't even think about that, Perseus could totally be the start of the Ultra Nationalists. I gotta admit, I love this story they're weaving together, how now MW Black Ops and even Zombies is cannon to the main plot.

Sad ending...😕 I guess both were right in one thing or another.

I think If the damn Activision hadn't risked his life on the season, BOCW would definitely be one of those masterwork

Those helicopter blades stopped spinning laughably quickly

I really thought Stitch was Bell in some sort of way, but other than that this story is really confusing me.

i wouldve loved for bell to be stitch but since we know he was on rebirth, it just makes it incorrect

The way the added the campaign music is pretty cool

For those who are saying why Adler isnt in bo2 is because bo2 could be reboot and canon. So everything is possible.

@@masterchief4150 most likely BO2-4 are completely gutted from canon now. Warzone is set in the 2020s and has none of the tech BO2 had. So they are likely gonna rework the characters from BO2 to fit the join BO-MW2019 universe

Man I can’t believe this saga is over it took a whole a year and we’re back at where we started.

When I first watched this cut scene It panned to the modern warfare season 6 theme (intense part) and that gave me shivers

Cant believe the beta Adler had to canonically kill the Sigma Stitch

i love how they even bother to do some cutscenes which everyone just skips

Why does everyone have so many Pistols. Adler has a handgun in his leg holster and is holding one. The other dude has a Leg holster and a chest holster

Interesting that they end it off this way Would've thought he would spare him when he said 'I should kill you' I wonder if they'll do further flashback stories when they do their next game if it's to be something like Black Ops II

It was waaaay too unfinished

They aren’t going to write it as: Stitch was the brother of Bell or twin and remove his mask and his real reason for doing the war wasn’t because of Perseus really, but to avenge. Or it is bell after being shot in the face and then falling into the water smashing his face on a rock and he got Adler and brainwashed him in between the “death of bell” and season two, like some “Now You See Me” trick

But now we got 2 cliff hangers, the MW side ended with soap saying he's near verdansk and the nuke going off and now got this side of cold war not knowing wth just happened

Stitch had Lynx as his second bounty because stitch also works for the IO

We didn't see him die and CoD lore rule #1 is a character only actually died once you've seen his dead body

Perseus and Stitch are dead but there will still be devastating events that will form the landscape of the world of COD, All of these events caused by the will of a single man.

Stitch ain’t dead and there’s good reasons to it the bullet fired didn’t sound like it came from adlers gun and stitch could’ve put his hand on his eye for a callout and the gunshot could’ve been from an ambush
