If you played specialist hq you would know that Savannah the leader of WSB has brought menendez woods and mason back to life.Menendez is running WSB with Savannah and the three men were brought back to life as their young selfs( like so inkslasher can see)

You forgot that when Menendez breaks out, he kills Woods and then burns himself. So the only ending in Bo2 with Menendez alive, is the one where he is kept under high security

The thing with the horses. If you go into some of the nice buildings up towards the top of the map in blackout you can see the same picture of the horse in some paintings

Great video, i know Menendez being 80 doesn't really make sense. But it said that in multiple raids he was absent so maybe his age only allows him to go on a few raids like we see.

In blackout, in the houses to the right of the spawn for woods bandana, specifically the two story house; there is a picture frame of a horse. This house is fairly close to estates which is an homage to raid and stronghold which as stated in this video, was owned by ‘Tony’

(heavy operational meaning they needed good operation skills to be used. Repair meaning they fixed war robots etc. Squadron meaning the robots that they probably sent out to war in fours. And engineer being the people who worked on the robots like reaper. LIKE IF U AGREE PLZ :)

If you play through all of the specialist hq stuff and do all the challenges, you unlock Intel. I forgot which one it was but there was one where Raul Menendez was talking to that blonde chick Savannah, and he was talking about making his own "plan" and breaking away from Savannahs. I think they made contact thru the way you can talk with Woods in the tutorials. Check it out. I think it's pretty interesting.

Estate was a map in mw2 which was also a manchion near a Lake possibly the same lake were hacienda is that would explane the boat launch in estate

In the Black Ops 3 campaign Hendricks was talking about how Raul Menendez got what he deserved and that one mission when they're talking to Lieutenant Khalil

Remember how the bad mason daughter (can’t remember name) worked with menendez to get rid of sister but then regretted it. Bad sis could be head of WSB or work with them and gave menendez access to it. Also people were saying that she might’ve revived menendez and others like woods from the dead to create the blackout simulation.

I think we might need to look at the World at War characters too, since some of the people from blackout mode are from that

He may be old but one of the sticky notes stated 'he wasnt in the raid' so he leads the raids but doesnt actually noin them

The intel drops from the specialist hq tells us that they're reviving specialists as archetypes and that raul is very much alive. Dunno how you missed this.

Multiplayer is Campaign basically lol Edit: In the audio cards from complete the specialist missions state that Menendez, Woods, Mason and Reznov get resurrected and are alive So I think if this is menendez, this would be following the ending where menendez dies in Bo2 hence him being resurrected

It would make sense for Menendez to be the guy because in the Specialist HQ, he has been resurrected and is working with Savannah on Project Blackout. And According to various intel within the Specialist HQ, the Specialists are being helped by Woods, who is also helping a vegetable-state-Mason. Makes perfect sense... Sorta.

I think empire is connected because if you go to nuke town and hacienda they is a statue of someone who is from that era

Some of the sticky note are in different, sloppier handwriting. Those sticky notes have certain letters that are bold. Put them together I bet they make an anagram

There's a possibility that the man with an eyepatch is a masked character that used to be without a mask and only an eyepatch so characters like spectre would be an option

It’s funny tho cuz if you play the specialist HQ in bo4 it’s said that Mason, Woods, Reznov, and Mendez were all brought back to life by Savanah Mason, so Mendez isn’t technically 80 years old he would be a younger version of himself allowing him to do all these things

It can be a younger menendez because if you listen to the audio logs in specialist HQ for bo4 you will know that savannah mason brought back to life younger versions of Menendez, Mason and Woods. You hear menendez day we are the archetypes. So it’s very likely it’s menendez but a younger aged one

My friends brother works with the creator of black ops in general and I remember he told me horse stood for a name. Now it makes sense Raul menendez has a pet horse I remember it on the level where he kills everyone with a machete I accidentally shot it and then I got faster even after the rage mode.

it is menendez. in the specialist video files, savanna revives menendez from the dead and he has an eyepatch in blackout. the real ending that happened is one of the good ones when you kill menendez

The WSB brought Mendez back to life. he did die after he escaped prison but then was brought back to life. There is actually a audio log in the specialist HQ that has him talking to Savannah, anyway he is working with the WSB and the specialists may be working against Menendez as they all rally behind Jessica to fight off her sister and her cooperation. The WSB brought back Mendez, Woods, Hudson, Reznov, and Mason. That's why you can play as them in Black out. So that's why it wouldn't matter that Menendez is 80 something years old.

Around 10:20 there was the Name "Reznov" who was one of the main characters in ( I think) bo1. There also was a misson with him in the Antarktis which was about a nuke so I think it has to be connected with this, too.

Remember that proyect blackout is the thing responsable to be reanimating characters from all the Black ops universe,so it wouldn't be that much impossible for Menendez to be alive,and thus woods having that "younger age look" when being revived in the simulation to give you instructions,maybe Menendez is actually younger than before as well...let's not forget he is evil and is also minipulating Alex Mason with the numbers and stuff like that,for me he is working alongside Menendez for proyect blackout.

If you need look at the ending cutscene of black ops 4's specialist headquarters (or the cut campaign as many like to call it), you can see woods telling Alex Mason that it was him in the box (the container from black ops 2 where woods was when Alex and Hudson rescued him) so you could asume woods is indeed evil and minipulating Mason. Also there's an audio recording from the files in black ops 4 that actually show Mason getting brainwashed by Woods and not dragovich as you said.

In blackout, Menendez has an eye patch. It could be him but not to sure.

The man with an Eyepatch could be a new operator. If you watched the operator cutscenes then if you match up the picture with the lady at the end it looks like her. Also the operators turned on the blonde lady and became the “traitors”. I feel that this makes a lot more sense because if Mendez is 80 he can’t shoot a damn bullet

I think he’s menendez because he could’ve gotten robotic modifications and could be using those to keep him alive
