I agree. Most people would shit on the idea that u can extract anything from celebrity interviews - and indeed most of the time actors can act humble very well... but there’s something authentic about depp, and his shyness.

an amazing actor and an amazing person. he don't turn a signature off. very kind for fans. top 5 of his generation

He did so good in the movie, well acted and well played.

This was Depp’s best performance since Public Enemies and Sweeney Todd. I didn’t love the movie as much as the performances, but Depp freaked me out throughout the movie.

Finally deserves an Oscar nomination again...

He is such an amazing actor. INCREDIBLE performance . Should have been nominated for an Oscar for this film. Depp is so humble and always gives his fellow actors praise.. great guy!

This film was shot in my club. They rented it for 2 weeks,even painted the exterior to make it look like Triple O's. We didn't get to meet JD,though. He was in and out and they covered the back entrance with a huge black curtain.

Depp and Cumberbatch and the rest of the cast were great. But the movie was very bad. Especially reading the source material and learning the real stories of what happened. The movie had so much potential and the writers and director squandered a great opportunity to make a very compelling story.

Makes me even more curious to watch that movie. Just to see whether this is all just PR, or whether they are really "amazing", and "great", and "best".

Can someone tell me what kind of beer is johnny Depp drinking the green bottle throughout the movie?

I love this movie but I feel like they could've shown in the last one or 15 mins, to give a real contrast to Bulger's life. Show him going about a daily routine in the little apartment with his girlfriends feeding cats, putting away groceries, showing all the stuff he'd stockpiled and his mundane existence the whole way through the scene he's got a different look on his face. Then show his girlfriend getting the call and telling him "Building manager say's our storage locker's been broken into". He looks up he's annoyed and panicked goes down sees the storage lockers fine. Then "FBI FREEZE !" then Johnny looks up at the camera eyes slowly moving around and we see the old look on his face in his eyes of Whitey Bulger, then it ends. With all the detail of what happened coming up on screen.

You know .. You know Can you count how many times he repeated this word

Okay Johnnie, we get it; you have ties to the mob.
