True ......however putting your kids in a better place a lot of times make them ungrateful and unappreciative as well .... they didn't have the same struggles you did ....please teach them manners and respect ...for themselves....

Great advice session!!! Simple but true, "keep out the negative influences, be selfless & remember the grass is not always greener on the other side"

I love Codie and Tommy, im just a bit disappointed that this episode didn't align with the tag header. I hope I find the "Dating with a purpose" episode at some point. This should have been titled finances or walking together

I have a tremendous amount of respect for Grant and Tamia. They are very wise, yet still down to earth and approachable. By far my favorite couple from this series.

This is the first time I have listened to your show. It is actually not correct about your social economic status that causes divorce but rather mismanagement of finances and living above our means . The majority of divorce is coming from people with high earnings social economic status more so than average economic status. Average economic status, then to stick together more often because they are used to that lifestyle, but when try to be like the jones that when the trouble begins

How can I date with a purpose when no one wants me? Honestly black love is for the lighter skin women. I may have to give up on finding a black man

Something is off with the couple in Black. Also, the guy in the blue jean shirt wanted a therapist to tell him, what he wanted to hear. The truth of the matter is, they shouldn't told her to leave him, but, *after* ,they found out where her head was. The Hill couple. They're cute. But, I can't call it.

Respectfully, I really wish Codie would have been more modest in her attire, more “host-like”, more professional looking. Even jeans with a top or cami for example would have been more appealing and attractive. As the face and creator of this brand her appearance distracts from the message, her talent, and her intellect.

T Sargent respectfully you need to keep your opinions to yourself. She's an adult and can dress however she wants. This ain't a church service. If her husband doesn't have an issue, what's your problem . If her body distracts you, you clearly have a problem. Grow up 🙄

Ms P She has my fullest support . Unfortunately, you completely misinterpreted the message. Your interpretation was negative and not one from a professional perspective. You made it about more about her as a person (which it was not), she is intelligent, articulate, gorgeous! Brilliant even, especially for creating such platform. In the professional environment they speak to us about these things (attire, hair, makeup, etc) and it’s not looked upon as offensive or negative. Nonetheless, people often read and perceive things as they are.

What is the issue with what she has on? There is no cleavage showing and there is a bit of leg, but nothing more than an above the knee skirt shows.

T Sargent again have a tall glass of mind your own business. There is nothing wrong with what she wore. You rather have an image of what you deem professional. She looks classy and also exudes confidence. I’m tired of these i beg to differ humans. She can and will rightly wear whatever she wants to.

I totally agree with you! Some people don't know about branding yourself and imaging. I thought.... Maybe she needs a stylist. Some people are intelligent, but, they can't dress the part. So, I get it . But, I also, think... Their relationship isn't what it really is. Only time will tell.
