100 percent! MTV unplugged are my favorite performances. One I recommend everyone listen to is Biffy Clyro MTV unplugged. You won't be disappointed.

I agree the MTV unplugged concerts were/are amazing! Even towards the end of MTV I would still tune in to see them. Even bought a few on the unplugged CDs.. Pearl jam, Nirvana, Alice in chains, Stone temple pilots, and Live were/are amazing. I still watch them every so often.

Yes! I think that's a sentiment that doesn't get expressed enough in "love" songs. Wanting what's best for someone often means being unselfish and realizing that if you aren't good for each other, you shouldn't be together... even if you still really love them. The only other time I've heard this is from the band Blue October in their songs Hate Me and I Hope You're Happy.

I'm 40 yrs old, been rocking with Pearl Jam since day 1 & like most of their songs , I can listen to them over & over & over again & it never gets old , I get these feelings and reactions every single time!!! Such a tragic song. I heard it many times then I actually read lyrics. Such a beautifully written song of a man’s heartbreak. As you know men don’t really express ourselves with a lost love.

Eddie has said he meant and felt every word of this song when he sang it back then. I was fortunate to see Pearl Jam three times. Twice back in the early '90s and once in 2013. Amazing every time. Great reaction girls!

This song is about his ex-fiancee who he found out was cheating on him. He was a gas station employee when he wrote the lyrics and not even in Pearl Jam yet.

I watched these two young girls react to Pearl Jam about 6 months ago. And Ive watched numerous other reaction videos about Black. These girls are the only ones that paid attention to the lyrics, not just Eddies voice.

You make very nice beautiful reaction at that point where eddie was borken begging with his beautiful vocal

The way you two reacted is the exacted way I did when I first heard Eddie sing years back! I have been a fan ever since! You two should check out Better man by pearl jam as well I see a couple people saying really good songs as well. Great reaction!

Pearl Jam's unplugged concert was a real amazing event. And their first album, Ten, which all(?) of the songs on this concert came from is really amazing. It's nice to relive this through the eyes and ears of a new generation.

I remember this like it was yesterday to my senior year in HS. I was not a PJ fan but my girlfriend at the time was so I watched it with her. It was amazing how you can feel every word Eddie sang. I was blown away and have been a fan ever since. Grunge/alternative music was major part of my life after that. The songs had a lot of deep meaning. It got me thru some rough times. This is an amazing song and live show. Pearl Jam was the highest selling rock band of the 90s. Outdoing Metallica. Seeing a Pearl Jam live show is a must. Jeremy, Better Man and Rearviewmirror are my Fav songs. Don't delve to deep into their songs as Pearl Jams lyrics can be quite deep and heavy. Especially Jeremy and Alive.

They sold a lot but they did not outsell the black album in the 90s.... Just google who sold the most albums in the 90s and you'll see

The greatest love song of all time! I’m 53 years young and I reminisce of that one true love I lost 18 years ago. The more you hear it, the better it gets.

I grew up with 60s/70s music, many rock concerts including Stones, Clapton, ACDC, Fleetwood Mac etc. Transitioning to 80's was tough but eventually started to enjoy, but when PJ debuted in 90s I felt an excitement I hadn't felt since my teens!! Eddie Vedder's voice is a gift and thankfully we were blessed to have seen/heard it. And let's cred the band, this song rules!!👍🏽 Absolutely love you 2!! ❤❤
