I had a 5x8 rug professionally cleaned like this for about $90…after 25 years of dirt, it came back like new

Wow, I thought this would be expensive for all the work and space the cleaning needs
Love watching how the rugs are transformed and the step by step explanations are helpful. Can I make a suggestion? At the end of the video would you consider posting a before and after pic?
You should consider showing the centrifuge process a little longer and change the outlet tube to one that's transparent. That waste flow changing from dirty to clean is the money-shot to many of us
You should do a weight comparison of the before and after to see just how many pounds of dirt actually comes out.
I like this guy. Good explanations. Thorough job. Well done brother!!
This is so satisfying to watch! There's nothing more fun than watching someone that takes pride in doing a job well done.
Love watching you explain the process. Really dirty rug looks great now! Awesome job! 🙌🏽💪🏽
I love watching you get all that dirt out! I wish you would do a shot at the end that showed the dirty carpet and the clean side by side.
Omg, have they used it as a doormat for the last 15 years?? So dirty, and so satisfying to watch.
Wow it surprises me when the machine goes over the rug the first time and you realise just how dirty the rug is!!! Does not look that soiled at the start of the video! 😮❤
i absolutely love to see someone passionate about what they do, you can tell this man is willing to get down and dirty to make sure the rug is properly taken care of
I live in a region that is always threatened by water insecurity. I can imagine that this is a business model that would only work in a region with abundant fresh water. Although I find this video extremely satisfying, I find myself cringing watching the firehose quantities of fresh water being flushed down the drain. Where I live, I would probably be catching the runoff in a tank and cycling it through an osmosis filter for reuse.

I totally agree with you. Although these videos are very satisfying and they do a great job, I'm impressed by the volume of water needed to clean one rub.
I love your videos. I must admit I gasped aloud when he flipped the rug without rinsing the dirty floor underneath first at around 12:47. That hurt my OCD. 😭🙃😂

Same!! I don’t have OCD that I’m aware of but that was painful to watch him not protect the side he just cleaned 😱😱
Don't know why I enjoy watching these so much. Good work as always.
Who knew rug scrubbing was so SATISFYING? 😘😘😘 it would b nice to know the approx history of the rugs, just for reference eg had it been in someones attic for years etc x
Benjamin really knows his stuff! He is so thorough with his work. You guys do amazing work! Bravo!
Who let Mr southern post and I didn't know lol 😆 🥰😋 keep talking sir, fringes and water all day 🤣😂
Great results, thank you for talking us thru your job.
I like the narrators energy-very soothing and kind
You make it look so easy, although i can understand that is a very hard work to bring a rug to its former beauty, and some of them are true gems!!!👍✌
AWESOME!!!!
What a thorough job these guys do. Kudos to them!
This was such a great video guys! You know we wanna see the dirty ones 😍
How did I get here?? This has been my weekend watching these video's!! I enjoy them. The dirty ones are my fav!!!
Another amazing job guys! I’ve become addicted to watching these 😂
INCREDIBLE ❤
I watch these vids religiously every night lol. So relaxing and satisfying
I really enjoy the videos! Keep up the good work guys!
I would have sworn the only thing holding the carpet together was the dirt. It was never ending.
Great before and after!
Thank you for explaining the products you use.
The “before” & “after” pictures didn’t do justice to the cleaning job! Nice job! 👍🏼

I agree! They need to figure out how to put the pics side by side so it's easier to see. And get a light on them to take the pics.

Love the commentary..well done
I really like the commentary, lol. I can't figure out why watching folks clean rugs is SO fun and relaxing, but it IS. Our weird modern world, lol ~
wow what a great job.
The fringes looked great. A great product
Why doesn’t the water hose have an on/off valve at the business end? Seems like that would make it easier.
I love your channel, it's so relaxing to listen to and satisfying to watch! Have you thought about adding before and after images side by side at the end of videos? I love to see the difference!
You must have a crazy water bill each month! Thank you for sharing. Have a blessed day
Cant believe how much dirt that rug held...what a difference that clean made..well done
Love the vids!
You really got that rug showroom new looking! Wish we could see the rinse water coming out of the centrifuge though.
Impressive.👀👍
Good catch on that hose! I love watching these smaller area rug cleans because you can see all the gunk seep out the sides 😬 Thank you for the fun content! Edit: and the fringe cam is so cool!

Thank you so much!!
Omg I think I could do this as some sort of therapy love it
After a few videos I'm perplexed by your soap product. It seems to get some dirt moving but scrubbing foam never darkens. When you hit it it with a rinse water it's looking like it is dropping the dirt back into the rug. IMO it's too foamy. It's all very interesting watching since my sideline job for a long time has been cleaning houses. Those old rug fringes I try leaving alone with a beater vacuum. They're so delicate! I never knew about rug spinners before coming across the videos. The setup you have looks very handy for water rinsing.
Good work. You guys have to get a CRB and use it while dry and wet on those caked in rugs. It makes a big difference
All that soiled goodness ❤️😍🙏🏼💪🔥💯
I’m strangely fascinated
I'm trying to come up with a punny tag line: "from dregs to riches" or something clever. So enjoyed this & TY for explaining the centrifuge!
I don't know if you realize this, but the before/after pics at the end, which is what I most want to see, are covered up by previews of other videos.
Nice 👍 bro
I love watching these videos, but wonder how you keep the rugs from warping. I have tried, at home, to hose down a badly stained rug, but didn't have the space to lay it flat AND drain it.
I'm curious, what happens if a rug fades or gets damaged or more damaged when you're cleaning it? Do you have people signs wavers on all rugs before yoy start?
Have you considered opening g a DIY rug washing bay? Like a DIY dog wash...cuz this looks like fun & I'm sure there are lots of people that would be into playing in water & washing their own rugs...😉😁
looks like the water in my floor scrubber at work 🤣
I would love this job.
Man, this one has to a "Top 5" for dirtiest rugs. Must be a rug they keep in their front yard. Yikes!!

Hire someone who has a truck mounted extraction unit and uses a rotovac with a Sight tube that way he/she can see if all grime is thoroughly rinsed and extracted! :)
I just need to know how a carpet gets this dirty? Crazy to me

Cowboys wear boots 24/7.
I can't believe I am enjoying watching this process so much 😅 Do you do ovens?
Excellent job on the carpet rug, most impressive...I can't help but wonder, though, how much your annual water bill must be and how many litres are used? Are you given a set yearly bill or are you on a water meter and charged by what you use? Do you recycle your water with a filtration system or straight down the sewer?
Those boots sound big as hell😂but that's neither here nor there.......sorry, I had to get that out my system...I love you guys❤❤❤
These guys are real pros. Very satisfying to watch the slow transformation. One question: Have you considered erecting the rug on a frame, like a flag, but tightly held. Then blasting the dirt out in one or two passes? Current method seems to push some of the dirt to the other surface (the touching the floor), and it has to be done again and again. BTW. Do you do franchises?
I love your videos, they're so therapeutic, so please, please don't continue to speed up the foamy scrubbing bits, they're so satisfying!
Geez I sure wish I could do this to my wall to wall!
Do you treat the dirty water or does it just go down the sewer? Love are satisfying these videos are. I played. "guess the rug color" on this one, and lost.
Love your work and channel, Guys! :-) One question is, where do you recycle all that detergent water you use to make these rugs beautiful and clean again?
I would love to know the before and after weights of the rugs you clean.
Around 7:00 is the most satisfying part of the video
Would hate to pay your water bill every month. Greetings from South Africa. Love your videos.
Love these videos. They make my OCD happy, but if you say "go ahead" one more time I'm going to open a vein.
That rug came out so beautiful. Again, I am so impressed with you guys and the way you take such pride in the work you do. Excellent job. Keep up the good work. Any suggestions for keeping carpets looking good at home? Thanks so much.

I heard them say on another video you should vacuum them at the least two times a week.
You get so much dirt after the agitation on the backside, that’s where I would be starting and continuing for the first few times to let it drain out, then flipping it when your almost done
Nice catch with the foot. Lol. How does someone get started in something like this
These are great to watch, but can you do a before and after split screen shot at the end, from the same angle so we can really see the improvement, and before all of the ads for other videos cover the shot.
Great video, love the insight to your process. Curious where did you find the supplies for your wash flooring? Thanks in advance

@@TruClean both....and the pre vac floor. Up here in MN and looking to build our first rug pit. Thanks
I know that the machines you use help with the cleaning but it's still a lot of hard work when you clean a woollen rug as it has to be washed with cold water so it doesn't shrink.
You could almost rebuild the levees in New Orleans with what you got out of this rug.
Man the dirt just keeps coming 😅
You've mentioned that the soap product smells great. Are there products available if a customer has any fragrance allergies?
Do you ever use steam cleaning?
Do you use a water recovery system similar to a car wash?
Its absolutely unbelievable how much dirt a rug can hold that hasn't been cleaned professionally like this in like 10+ years. You could probably wash like this the whole day and there still be dirt coming out.
What kind of carpet soaking device starts at 14:50 ?? It looks like an extractor but it appears to be a flooder only.
I am wondering why it wasn't shampooed another time as the water was still coming out dirty before it was put into the high spin cycle? It seemed to me that not all of the dirt had come out yet and maybe one more shampoo would have gotten the rest of the dirt out. I really liked seeing this video. I used to live in an house that was part of the property of a carpet cleaning company in Illinois. I watched as they clean carpets all day long. I'm not sure they were as thorough as your team. Thanks!
I have a question: is all used water filtered and re-used? How much water is used for one rug approximately? Love your vids, thnx.
I am really curious now, do you do this for people who pay you or to resale the carpet?
For the most part I enjoy your videos. I just wish the platform would get rinsed before the rug is laid out again when turning it over. Even if it's getting washed again you're putting a cleaned side back on dirt, especially since the platform has no tilt the dirty water just seeps back into the rug. That's just one of my peeves.
Did you ever weigh them before and after?
What are the equipments called that you guys using that you don’t mention ?
Also, consider vacuuming first? Or doing some kind of dust beating? So much water just to pull loose dirt off a rug.
I'd like to see the before and after shots right next to each other. Easier to compare
I was gonna leave a commit on video: Years of SLUGE, that was uploaded Jan.17, 2022 but you have the commits turned off. I was wondering, up to how many gallons of water does it take to clean a customer's rug?
does the water get recycled? or down the drain? it just seems like alot is used.
Does any of the water used for this get resued?
"make sure she's nice and tight" that's what he said lol
Don't like it when camera is on equipment, makes me nauseous. Best when angled as if standing there. Fascinating stuff.
I love to watch these videos right after I watch a video of someone whining about not having enough drinking water. 😂😂😂
why do you run the water first under the rug?
