Hi bro! Only the things like Emblem, Knowledge, BS level , Trials of Ator lvl etc increase the CP for all Chars , wich is called Base CP( if you check your stats you ll see)

My rng is crap faire don't like to give me chaos rift neither I think I got 1 jewel last month in total

Really!? Me I am getting at leat 1 a week maybe

I have only 35700 CP with my Main Char lvl 86, if i farm 6 hours at the highest available area, i only get 150 red boxes and not even 1 Chaos Jewel. And if i send the black Ghost over Night hunting, he get only 50-60 red Boxes and also no Chaos Jewel.
