I went through all of my feelings watching this lol A few things I’m excited about but also a few things I’m dreading. Even more tacky modern clothes and dragon mounts really seem like the final chapter in mmos, but I’ll try to stay positive XD Thanks for the summary!

Came from OSRS too. Thought it was the game i’d never quit and always return but no, in 2021 i found BDO and it’s been my go-to game since.

Same for me. I often take breaks but i always return. While i like combat&gameplay i think that what really makes It special (in today's gaming landscape) Is that every time i return, i start exactly from where i left, and all my work from the past Is still relevent, not like in seasonal games.

Healthy? Game was killed a few years ago lol... What exactly is healthy about it? You have useless and boring PvE. Grinding turned in to literally single player experience. PvP is dead af. Being in a guild is pointless. Doing PvP is pointless.... and now they even fail with class creations... Maegu and Woosa AWK poop, Scholar entirely failed. The new incoming class most likely be a failure too. Maybe getting stupidly overbuffed in the start so people waste some money on it and then it will just sit there like Scholar...

If they ever make Life skill gear/accessories shared between characters that would be great. They did it for tools so hopefully it's possible.

Always great work Levi. Thank you! But really, it is just more bright and shinnies, i.e. more of the same, to keep everyone interested. But it's not their fault. There is nothing original any longer - and that's what we all crave. _Boredom_ sets in quickly as we jump from game to game looking for our new "excitement." 😞

People is nitpicking too much about these new content but I think its good content etc. The game is only getting better each day. Theyre continuing to add more stuff to do late game, group play, and for solo content. Its only getting better and better. At this point with season server and free Pen BS coming, this is the best time to get into BDO. Grind exist in every MMO. I also dont see any new mmo will be able to compete if this is how BDO is progressing. 😊

my advice is wait for the new season with the new character because they are increasing the AP and DP of the gears you can acquire when playing season server or wait until they implement that in.

Thanks for coming back after all those years! If you're looking to get into the game, I'd recommend a seasonal character. It walks you through the story, and helps you to get started with enhancing and all the other systems.

You can get it for FREE by using the new gem of twilight on a Pen BS weapon to get it. There’s three ways to craft it and that’s one of them.

​@@christinehede7578 I hope it would be like the other gear, cause for the endgame armor gear you can buy the flame and the flame wont cost more or similar to another pen BS cause pen BS is needed to make it too. I doubt its gonna be hard to obtain since it has no RNG, you just have to simply play the game and get the required item or enough money, but Im pretty positive you can buy the flame. It might be like 100b though. Which is obtainable and wont take 10 years. I only play 1 hour a day of grinding and I make about 900m a day. So 1 hour a day for 30 days = like 27b. And sometimes you can grind more if you want or BDO give away free costume or shit that you can sell on market = a lot of silver too. All I want to say is, No RNG = hell yes and not time gated etc. I get to choose if I want to grind more and get the weapon faster or just chill and do 1 hour a day etc.

Something to look forward to... Bro we waiting since 2 or 3 years for our next gen update on console... and them not showing actuall stuff like fighting some mobs is really really disappointing from the pov of a Day1 console player ...

Damn I quit like 1 year ago didnt know they kill so much stuff for old players sucks to be a player till this day I guess

worst case you just craft a scorching sun crystal (10 scorching sun shards 100 black stones and 30 magical shards in heating) and go into the reform tab in your black spirit you can freely swap back and forth just gotta craft a new crystal each time

This is why I wanted BDO to give Narch gear for all non-season characters. My tamer is old and has Naru, which is trash. I'm not swapping Naru around the old chars just to bring the tamer back. Sword Vape guy looks cool, but not sold on the WhiteTrash Tourist outfits tho.

What do you think will be the conditions to receive the free PEN BS ? Lvl. 62 ? 500 hrs playtime ? LoML questline ?

At most I bet it's just loml questline, but doubt its lvl 62 or 500hrs playtime, most likely they'll just throw it into everyone's reward menu for easy claim.

They keep removing conditions what are you talking about? Having to play the game to get the gear is a chore now? Thankfully, pretty soon you won’t even have to play the game at all to get it, just whisper it in your room and you’ll be max gear

I'm sorry but there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING coming to console. Do you know how many times the straight up LIED to the console communities face every year and roadmap? I love BDO cause it was one of the only 3 MMO's for console that I was able to play and actually invest something in, FF14 being the first. But time after time they've straight up lied and made broken promises that they didn't even bother to keep, let alone make any effort to try. I know that the PC community absolutely hates and laughs at the console community. But that's all I got and it sucks that their is basically little to no Dev team for console. So try not to get console players hyped for something that's never gonna happen.

Anyone STILL playing on console are getting milked dry, what are y'all doing!

The new class looks like a lady boy. Give us a male class. What happened to Necromancer and Gunslinger that the devs promised?

cause its being released with LOML , Male Korean? Also necromancer, I dont know about it since they nova that can already summon soldier to fight beside her and it took them a while to tune her. Gunslinger though, I would be down with that.
