5:48 Note: Do not buy Scorching Sun Shards off market to enhance Marni Sniper Rifle, until you've gotten your FREE x20 shards from the Elvia realm node manager at Saunil Camp. Just talk to him and he gives you 20 (once per family quest). I managed to enhance my rifle to +10 using only 15 gemstones, but I used very high failstacks. So I think it's possible to get the rifle fully enhanced with the 20 shards you get for free, it just depends on how many failstacks you have. (I had tons of them saved from event rewards and such)

Either way makes it so much easier. Don't have to pay for all the upgrades and waste your blackstones.

So basically sniper hunting is better than a regular hunting? Same? What are the pros/cons? Should I upgrade the sniper rifle to manos, or can I buy marni sniper rifle instead?

From what I've seen, sniper hunting is a LOT better if you need meat/blood. I just started (it's a lot more difficult than I thought) and got 93 + 25 meat from one kill. 😲

I believe when he said Manos Sniper Rifle, he meant Marni Sniper Rifle. As far as I can tell there is no Manos Sniper Rifle.

Dont you need a lot of other materials to make use of the crystals essentially cutting the profit by alot? The Magical Shards and the crystal you need for crafting it for example

the crystals are just icing on the cake. You dont eve need them for the high profit. Also the mats to make them are relatively cheap currently

If you grind centaurs while also sniper hunting you’ll get almost enough sealeds per hour to cover one crystal. Plus the imperfect lightstones you get from grinding also takes care of the lightstone crystals. Lastly there is a node that drops trace of the forest. So you could get the crystal for free if you grind enough.

This is a lot harder than it looks. Died twice now from bears in just the first 15 mins. here.

where do u hunt? I dont get it

so we also need to use the magic butcher knife for higher gathering drop rate?

No. I HOPE i mention this in the video, but the Magic one (for whatever reason) dosnt seem to work. The Lifeskill discord did testing on this to discovery it.

@@hypakz I do yeah, you dont need to upgrade it tho. You can also just use a loggia one for 1 mil, it gives the same drop rate effect

what do you mean build a bunch of the rifles to repair the one your upgrading? I thought the only way to repair durability was by using memory frags & artisans?

No. The way you repair items is by using the same item - OR mem frags. The reason you use mem frags is because often times its cheaper on boss gear, blackstars etc, but on reblath items and other cheap items, its easier and cheaper to use the same item (it repairs 10 durability)

Is the tiger worth hunting at all? It shows up occasionally, not sure if it drops any crystals

They do, all the elites can drop crystals, and are well worth killing when they show up! Just be careful, they can hurt ALOT, so try and 2shot it with perfect headshots

@@BiceptimusPrime What makes the bulk of the 1 bil to 2 bil an hour profit? Cause 2-4 forest crystals an hour is crazy, I got one in the 3 hours I spent sniper hunting.

Recently talked with some people (2 days ago), and they are pulling around 1bil per hour in JUST mats, at 1600 mastery. Crystals is a bonus on top@@DrSwazz

I have a dedicated lifeskiller. It used to be my main that i did everything on, but a few years into the game i rolled to warrior for combat, and kept lifeskiling on my witch. 10000% recommend having a dedicated lifeskiller

mastery crystals are still usefull right?

Nope, "Drop Rate" and "Gathering Drop Rate" are 2 different stats, that has nothing to do with eachother. So Arsha, lootscroll etc, has no effect

The poster is wrong about the crit chance. I tested over a 12 hr period with and w/o various mastery buffs etc and with buffs I got 1 forest crystal an hour avg, 5 deciminations and a buttload of mats….

Good job. Get all the grinding people to flood the lifeskillers' area.

I'm sure 10% gathering drop rate totally will make a difference. When I'm getting 1 accessory ever 2 hours at Gyfins with an additional 100% chance...

I went from averaging under 1 crystal/hour to roughly 2-3/hr, gathering item drop rate is insanely strong. There issn't a lot of it in the game, which makes it so much more powerful

The difference is how much lower the drop chance is for rare stuff while grinding. Like these things have 0.0050% chance or something so even if you had 1000% drop rate it would only be 0.5%

Best new PK spot! You can get like 5 hits when the dumbass scopes in!

As a class i would prob recommend Woosa because she stole the great hp regen from Nova. Or something else tanky like Valk... It is not necessary but gives a larger room for mistakes and mistakes are going to be there because of Rng, ping, and clunky head placement/animation

Watch them nerf it to shit and gatekeep it to higher mastery levels

mastery doesn't affect the loot that much. it is important, but you'll still get a good amount assuming you aren't a snail. Biceptimus is wrong in that it only affects the meat, I experienced very steady climbs/hr of loot as I went up to 2k. the peak has already been long gone for sniping and it's on the downward climb as crystals besides cooking cap out and orders are filled and go down. you look at the market and see the huge backlog of PO's on concentrateds etc gone and now often are sitting, dropping, etc. it's pretty volatile. I'm sitting on like 25k gems myself
