Guy doesn't know how to use it. I have used mine for about 5 years and it goes through 4" limbs like butter. I don't think the guy even oiled the chain. Great product. I have lots of chain saws and for cutting up limbs, this is my go to tool. Quick and easy!

I have a gas chainsaw, corded smaller chain saw and this unit and each is perfect for different situations. The looper is particularly good when cutting branches close to other branches.
