I used to go clubbing in 1991 when I was a hot young girl, and House Music was my favorite. Life happened to me, and I fell out of love with myself. Just four months ago, a health crisis, shook me up, but I'm glad it did, for I fell back in love with me! I lost 25 pounds, I have a new perspective in life, and I am happy! And of course, House Music is based on African drums and syncopated rhythms, which makes it even better. I agree it is one of the best live performance, however afro house is not inspired by Chicago House, you would have to know the history of African music too to make such statements. This isn't Chicago House going national. In fact this is just a modern African sound with elements of house. Its really good you enjoy Afro House but I think its a little offensive to regard it as birthing from Chicago.
