there should be a rubber O ring just changing that will fix the issue and cost less than 10 RS

Thanks for a great video. My jetter is not taking in any water as there is an air leak at the black water intake to the motor housing (short black plastic pipe). Is there a way to seal it up or get a spare part? Do you have email address i can send a picture to?

Dear Mohan, I have a 6 year old B&D PW1570 TD 120 bar power washer. The pressure has dropped tremendously There is constant leakage of water from the outlet even when the washer is switched off. I need a new pump assembly or the seal and o-ring kit to replace all existing ones. Please let me know from where I can get the spares as they are not available locally. Thanks in advance

Sure SAE 30 is recommended and it works good with the system.

if the motor is not running its simple to replace the motor brush if the motor is running but there is no water supply you may need to invest more time and money to fix rather buy a new one honestly

My pressure washer used to turn off as soon as water pressure built up, is it pressure switch problem or the valve which turns on the switch is the problem ?

There are 2 chances, 1) if there is a water leakage it's a pressure valve issue however if there is a leak in the valve the switch will get rusted, and shortcircuit will kill the pressure switch, 2) if its a switch issue the motor either runs or off forever. need to open up to check (if motor keeps running forever without stopping the pressure built inside will kill the motor coil) mostly the switch goes bad easily due to heavy usage.

IF water pressure increases and if the motor is off with struggle it might be switch gone bad and due to high pressure, the motor tends to get off.
