@@Andi_Doci The idea was to put it in my hatcback car and get lost in east coast. Other than that, its pretty damn good. From experience, I wouldn't take this to anywhere that has extreme tides. I learned a very hard lesson recently on a different kayak.

I also have this kayak. Do you know how to access the rudder cables? I tried unscrewing the rudder handle and rear rudder port but they don't come off

I removed them, you have to disconnect the ones at the top of the kayak where the rudder, on top of the kayak, then you pull them out.

Looks great what I like to know is does it has reverse drive

No reverse, not this model of fin drive, I think only the propeller drive can do reverse. But it offers stability in turbulent waters because this drive acts as a keel.

Can you go deep sea fishing in Pacific coast? Rock fish, lingcod? I live in Oregon. Also can you troll for salmon in the bay?

I guess you would have to buy one and find out if you are willing to spend the time traveling that far out at sea. But if you are ok with it just a mile or so from the shore you are OK, as long as the water is calm enough.

@@Manuel_Z_Kayaks Not at all, I have no problem with it in big waves, It is solid and one of the widest kayaks made, So it's stable.

I think I saw this on Skiatook Lake this AM.

I think they are shipping them out right now. I had to wait for 8 weeks to get mine. What I like better on the folding one is that by default it creates two sealed compartments, so in case there is some sort of puncture you still have one compartment that will float. It's also super convenient because it fits into a 5 foot truck bed and allows the tailgate closed.

​@@Andi_DociI really liked the concept of foldable thinking it would fit into my small car but I don't think they will. Now I'm waiting on the modular kayaks. Wish they make it propel drive instead

@@IamG3X The fin drive is better for stability, it acts as a keel and stops the kayak from rolling. So, unless you want to reverse, I would go for stability.

@@IamG3X Generally, do not expect total stability with anything on water. But for a small boat/kayak it was satisfactory stable. On calmer water you can stand on it, but if there are waves you have to make sure that they come in head on and therefore you need to actively peddle also, therefore you need to be seated.

He has no ON THE WATER videos of this kayak... IT'S TOO SMALL!

I had zero problems on ruff ocean with it, and I had made no modifications to it. It's a solid kayak and very sturdy. I like it, but unfortunately, I have been too lazy lately.

You can look at my Instagram for 3 up on it totaling over 300 LBS. I also made some videos recently, currently I am 230 lbs without the gear and I do just fine no problems at all.
