Sweeny is a master of range among other abilities ive noticed. Especially of in coming punches to his face not hitting him in a heated exchange. Every fight ive ever seen him in. hes not adjusting or dodging getting hit as much as he figures out at his opponents range to with in centimeters of missing his face as he sizes them up at the very beginning of any fight or is able to read in coming punches so well automatically through experience and talent that punches to his face either miss or just graze his face as he attacks or counters. Its really interesting. And it seems to come very natural and something hes was born with and then developed im sure which is just one aspect i keep noticing to this great well rounded fighter. I guess i would liken what he does in a fight to how Dale Earnhardt sr. Could drive a car at very high speed and be completely comfortable down to mere inches of not making contact with anything either moving or stationary. A true master of understanding and gauging range to extreme accuracy in a manner uncommon like a professional dart player. Its hard to put into words but its something i posses to a lesser degree in my own life having very quick hands, love to drive aggressive and throw darts.

Respect to both of you guys, great fight, no fear!!! BRILLIANT!!! 👍👍

Sweeney was absolutely at his best, but damn... Franco is like a Terminator, just taking a shitkicking like it was nothing, and still going hard.

That was an amazing performance. The guy in the red shorts is too tough for his own good though. I wished they'd stopped it earlier in the 4th. This was an excellent performance. Both came in super fit and punching accuracy and combos was amazing.

You will have to excuse my ignorance....I've not watched much BKB but the guy sweeney how come he hasn't got a pair of boxing gloves on making a lot of money?? He is a fantastic fighter highly skilled great power all the moves...I don't know what these guys earn but surely its not as much as the boxing guys is it? He sure is a wonderful fighter though.

He has his hands open like a cat McSweeny it's not right ! And the ref should tell him to close his hands holding them out in front of him just letting frank know watch those eyes

There's no way in hell these r feather weights

The way that Jimmy keeps his left extended like that, and the fact that this is bear knuckle, makes me wonder why more people dont target that extended hand, you would be able to keep far enough away from him that you wouldn't be in danger, and if his hand or arm break he wouldn't be able to use his jab to maintain distance, you would take away his best weapon.

Mega Xenu I agree ,its to dangerous and an eye poke is just waiting to happpen .A fist must be closed at all times .Rico tries to copy sweeny but ya can not beat the real thing .The Cobra movements with the hands is Sweeny`s trick and so many other fighters are copying him now

@@igorstein5616 yea i'd say any forward movement of the hand with the fingers extended should be points deducted. No doubt Rico was having to take account of the fact he might get his eye poked out if he comes forward. Not to say that Sweeny wouldn't win either way because he probably would.

The ref is letting Sweeny finger poke ... isn't that ILLEGAL? Totally BAD REFFING! This asshole ref shoulda STOPPED the fight after the SECOND knock down!

lol yeah Colitis .....wont ever be an equal rematch but lost one on cuts and another for colitis.....a rematch would honor the scorecard but tbf franco is at a disadvantage.....no discredit either way......both legends

Apart from his illness, look at the weight in which the rematch happened. Sweeny wanted as many advantages as he could get. He'd been at the weight he had in the first fight for years. No reason to change weights other than to gain advantage. Sorry, but i give him no credit for pulling a fast one.

Franco owns Sweeny. The only bum is the one who wanted the rematch at the lighter weights to gain a cowardly advantage. Why else do you think the rematch didn't happen in the previous weight class? Sweeny had been fighting there for years. But now he wants to go down? Yeah, right. He's behaving like an American. Won't fight unless they can cripple the opposition and have numerous advantages.
