Thank you for such a lengthy detailed tutorial. This kick is excellent if your opponent has better hands than you.

What I think a lot of of viewers would like is a sparring which you commentate. Like showing what you did there why you did it and just review your sparring sessions and give some tips .

It was a notorious cut at the end but nice video, some people forget about teeps and want to do all the fancy kicks only.

Joseph Valtellini, tried just using it like a jab as you said, was very effective for stopping attacks, I'll be using those wall drills for practice now.

Distancing? Question? From a shorter person fighting a taller person? Is more of a challenge. I’ve noticed. How can we get through this challenge?

Quick questions I come from boxing and as a mid to long range fighter I use the smash punch from southpaw position after a front kick or sometimes a teep. As long as I am defensively responsible with the other hand am I okay. Here is the punch but as a southpaw I use the lead hook. kzread.info/dash/bejne/aW1s0rpxotLWetY.html

I've seen kicks used that look like front kicks but placed above the knee of an opponent struck with the heel of the foot does anyone know what this is called and or if this is a legitimate kick

Wiz_kolo karate guys will call it a front thrust kick. If it looks like it does damage, it's probably legit in some context.

25bananasaday nah, that's a side kick to the leg, also called the oblique. The difference is if the toes are pointed to the side or toward the ceiling.

25bananasaday I used to think that oblique kick was a gimmick like for show untill more people started to use it effectively in fights I think it works because it is so unorthodox and hard to check/block

Hello, sorry I have kinda fell behind on watching your videos. Very legitimate stuff tho you sound alot like my master who has been studying all MA for 45 yrs now. anyways I was wondering you would consider or are you going to possibly make a video where you just call out combinations or even take us thru a whole practice. This would rlly help me out as a Side series.

You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.
