You'd be surprised how many BJJ practitioners who have been training for quite some time still get their nuts crushed when applying a BJJ Arm Bar! We're here to help. No longer will you have to avoid an Arm Bar opportunity at BJJ training out of fear that your balls will get trapped. While some people swear by wearing a cup to protect their junk, we believe that using correct technique should be the answer to this common problem.     As a one stripe white belt, I have avoided this like the plague. When rolling, I must’ve had the armbar at least 100 times and I force an Americana or something just to not smash the boys. 😮‍💨 Thank goodness I can throw this back in!
